We had a wonderful time sitting and enjoying the view of the lake, beach combing, and watching the bald eagles and squirrels! Sarah was very responsive to every question and concern we had. Lovely accommodations, Comfortable beds and it was so relaxing to fall asleep to the waves. Definitely on our list to stay again.

Lovely setting right on the lake w a picnic table, shade tree, and a covered porch. Picture window for beach view. Can listen to the waves while sleeping. Fire pit for sitting beside to watch sunset and stars come out. Very clean and up to date.

We had a great time in Northeast. It has a super cute little downtown 5 minutes from the cottage. We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches every day and checked out all the local shops. The cottage was perfect for our needs. It’s very clean, well stocked with towels and linens, and has everything you need in the kitchen. The reason we selected this home was the beach, and it exceeded our expectations! We’re not really sit in the sand types, we like to dig for cool shells and stones, and especially sea glass. Their beach, and Freeport beach next door , were literally a treasure trove of beach treasures. and the sunsets… breathtaking. I hope we can come back and do it again, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

We had a really great summer vacation at this lake house! The house was clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was amazing and the walk to the beach couldn’t have been more convenient. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. Everything about the property is exactly as advertised on the listing. Can’t wait to come back!

Photos look like the house is more secluded when the homes are actually pretty close, but it was fine because neighbors and other guests were friendly and no bother at all. House is adorable and we were so comfortable. There's nothing like sleeping with the balcony door partially open and the waves lulling you to sleep. Sitting by the fire pit to watch the lake in the evenings was so relaxing. Saw a bald eagle being chased by 2 smaller birds, trying to get the fish it was carrying! Saw a black cormorant along with the gulls, ducks, and geese. Owner VERY friendly, helpful, and responsive. Would not hesitate to book again!

The house was clean and the host was welcoming and answered all questions quickly. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at this house. We enjoyed walking the beach. The view of the lake from the living room and porch is amazing especially at sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

The renovations on the property since we were there are beautiful. This was our second visit and we will definitely go back! Sarah was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. When we were having a little bit of difficulty scheduling, she made sure we were able to reschedule with no problem. The house is very clean, well maintained,and well supplied! The beach/lake is right outside the door. You can’t get closer anywhere else. Fun looking for all the great stones and sea glass too! Highly recommend! If you book this house you won’t be sorry! Thank you Sarah for everything! We will be back!

Beautiful Beach House

Really enjoyed our stay! Property was right on the beach, so we were able to look for rocks and glass. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and was well-appointed.
