We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out. Managed by an experienced host.

2020 fully remodeled craftsman house in HOLLYWOOD area with 2 dedicated parking spots inside the property. It has an open floor plan and a KING bed in the master.
-Super comfortable bedding, spacious living room, and full kitchen.
-Walking distance to Paramount Studios and Hollywood Forever Cemetery
-Plenty of restaurants & bars nearby.
-This is the FRONT unit of a duplex. The back unit is also listed on VRBO.

*Trash collection every THURSDAY, please move your trash cans/bins on the streets the night before.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable

Stayed here for a week or so with my partner. Lots of space, lovely kitchen for cooking. Easy no-contact check in with a door code and communication with Leon was seamless. Recommend bringing a car as easier to drive than walk to nearby sites, stores, etc. Thank you!

Christmas holiday

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday at Liangs property. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures. We were happily surprised by the beautiful Christmas tree upon entering, very nice touch. The home was nice & spacious to accommodate 4 adults & one 4 year old. We enjoyed the kitchen space - perfect for making all our meals & Christmas dinner. Liang had great communication & checked on us to make sure everything was going okay. Hollywood area can be tight on parking and we were able to fit two SUVs & a Prius in the designated area in front of the house. The beds were very comfortable & the home was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Great at the beginning, nightmare at the end.

Checked in and everything was awesome. Leon sent gardeners over to work on the landscaping upon check-in and was attentive. When asking to extend, everything was good to go and the first extension payment was requested almost a month after we agreed to extend. I was charged multiple times and opened a case with VRBO. They let me know that they were working on things and would get back to me. I followed up every day for weeks with no actual help and I think Leon faced a similar issue. We both we're trying to get this rectified. I think eventually, Leon faced pressure and he decided to show up to the property unannounced with his team (Jean + Site Manager) demanding he enter the property and force us to come out. Leon and his team filmed my female colleague in her underwear, blocked the car of another pregnant colleague and attempted to prevent her from leaving the premises. (She wasn't staying and only came to help relocate) All of this was recorded and we were demanded to Zelle funds directly to the host which goes against the policy and larger goal of VRBO and similar platforms. Further, this was a company trip and they wanted me to Zelle personal funds on site and used scare tactics to try to make this happen. I don't think this was Leon's intention. I do think he showed poor leadership choices and did not handle the situation in a safe way. I've disputed the transactions and look forward to resolving the issue directly with VRBO, but would caution future guests

I feel I was racially discriminated against me and my guest we’re not loud we’re not messy and the area was not a friendly area they saw me and started to complain only after being there for an hourI would like to get my money back

We clearly state in the house rule that we don't allow parties or events and quiet hour is 9:00pm. You booked for 6 people and around 45 people showed up and made a lot of noises until 2:00AM. I had to call security guard to stop the party and protect my neighbors.

Wonderful!!!

We booked this house for about a week. The house is just as pictured. Loved that we could park our SUV right in the property and not in the street. The house looked completely redone. Communication with the Manager was very effective/responsive. There were a couple of issues but Leon fixed those right away. I would say the only thing that bother me was the master bedroom 's wall is shared with the other duplex's living room and in a couple of occasions they were noisy. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. For a family of 4 the fact that they have Washer/Driver was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this property. -Johana

This place was WAY bigger than expected, it’s perfect for groups and has everything you need and super comfy beds. Do be respectful about the noise level because neighbors are close, other than that, it was a perfect stay.
