This snug, quiet, clean, comfortable modern 1-bedroom is cottage is available for vacation rental at Green Hill Beach in beautiful southern Rhode Island.

It is fully furnished, within an easy five-minute walk to local ocean beaches. Located on the same grounds as a main house, it is set apart with privacy.

This is a perfect relaxing getaway spot for a couple, single person, or small family! Newport, Narragansett, Point Judith, Mystic Seaport, fresh water and salt water ponds, a wildlife sanctuary, and Block Island are close by.

The local area features fantastic watersport, fishing, biking, and other activities for outdoor enthusiasts--or serves as simply a great place to chill out.

Charlestown vacation

This is an excellent place to stay and offers activities nearby and/or quiet. Beaches are an easy walk with very few cars on the street. Neighborhood is lovely and Charlestown offers a wide variety of fun activities. Owner is so gracious and is available if needed, leaves you alone otherwise.

What a great spot! Quiet, clean and comfortable. Close to various beaches and other activities. Owner was welcoming and available when needed. The cottage is in a quiet safe area and you can hear the birds in the morning. Peaceful and relaxing. I will be staying again for sure 👍

Clean !!! Comfy and perfect size. Nice quiet deadend street. Rabbits and groundhogs in the front yard. Beautiful smelling bushes in the front yard. Central to most things you may want to do !

The available grill was poor.Bring your own grill if able.No television.The living room seating could have been better.Over all a nice place to stay.

We very much enjoyed having John as our guest, and have a quick response to his review-- The grill is a lightly used 23 inch stand alone Weber unit on the patio that works perfectly. Be sure to bring your own charcoal. John is correct--the cottage doesn't have a television. We've never listed it as having one, so we're a bit puzzled by this comment. Our guests are free to move the cottage furniture around to suit their preferences during their stay (most do not) as long as things are returned to their original spots.

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! The property owner was courteous and friendly and welcomed us with a warm heart. It was as if we escaped to another world. The house was immaculate, cozy and warm and was surrounded by nature. The sounds of the birds and ocean were incredible. The clear starlit nights was again as if we stepped into another world. The beach was beautiful and the sea welcomed us. To try and put into words our total experience, is truly impossible. Profoundly beautiful. We will DEFINITELY try our best to stay here again. We thank the owner for this beautiful experience and hopefully we can stay there next year. Thank you so much, Bill & Marilyn
