Clean, bright and airy home on Sherwood Point, nestled amongst the trees just 15 minutes West of Sturgeon Bay in the Town of Nasewaupee - across the street from the Sherwood Point Lighthouse.

Fully equipped 2 Bedroom (a Queen Bed in the Master Bedroom and 2 Queen Beds in the Loft). In the Large Loft there is an additional Queen Blow-Up Bed if needed. 1 roomy full bathroom provides ample space and includes washer/dryer within. Home includes forced air heat/air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, full-sized oven/range, and microwave. At the footsteps of upper Door County!

Exactly as pictured/described-such a beautiful, quiet property! The host was always fast to respond leading up to the stay. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to cook. We would love to come back in other seasons as well to enjoy this tranquil and charming spot!

We loved staying here! Was so cute and simple- perfect for our girls trip. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and dishes for us to cook a few meals there. Beds were comfy with plenty of extra pillows and blankets.

The house is absolutely wonderful! Very clean, comfortable beds, lots of extra blankets, and fully stocked. The property was gorgeous, and the dogs loved running around. Host had very clear and reasonable instructions for rules and check in and out. Pet fees were reasonable, no complaints from us! Will definitely be back!

Everything from booking to checking out was easy and professional. The house was exactly as described and thoroughly cleaned and equipped with everything you need. The owners were available and very responsive to answer any questions. I would strongly recommend this house for anyone who wants the ease of exploring Door County yet wants to recharge away from all the hustle and bustle. Our only negative is wishing we could have stayed longer ... our brief stay was consumed with a wedding to attend, but plan to be back in the future! PS - bonus we were blessed to watch one of the sunsets over the bay at the "old" launch access right down the road.

We spent 3 nights in this lovely home and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The home was really cute, clean and perfect for our family of 4 (plus our dog)! We were close enough to all the activities in door county, but had a feeling of privacy and seclusion when we got back to the home. There were lots of games to play when it was rainy. My kids really enjoyed sleeping in the loft! We would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough how great this place was.Almost to the point where I'm afraid to rave about it.Because new people will find out about how great a place this is.... Time was extremely helpful in messaging. Me and answering any messages I sent him. The place was exactly as advertised and it was in a very dear part of Door County that meant a lot to me since I was a child so finding This place was a godsend..... You literally don't need to bring anything , except your clothes and yourself and whatever food you want to eat , because everything is supplied for and it's very , very clean.... I Was pleasantly surprised to find that they even left bowls for your pet If you wanted to use it , so thank you Tom for that!!! We will\nBe coming up here as long as Tom will have us!!! In fact, the place is so great.I would even consider going up there in the winter.Because it's such a posy place today.I was looking out the windows trying to envision.What are it like to have christmas up there....

We are a young couple from Southeast Wisconsin and we just bought this second home to enjoy with our two daughters, fulfilling our dream of having an amazing place to get away for a respite when desired.

Why they chose this property

We found this property when walking with our brother/brother-in-law and ran into the original owners/builders of the property when it wasn't even for sale! They were so proud of their home they mentioned they may be interested in selling - since it was the second home of our dreams, well maintained, and near family, it was a match made in happy. Not to mention it's SO close to all the amenities Door County has to offer!

What makes this property unique

The home is nestled on a hillside in the wonderful wilderness on Sherwood Point near Potawatomi State Park and Idlewild golf course. Almost daily we are greeted by dear watching us through the windows while enjoying our coffee. A local tavern with excellent food (Sawyer Harbor Pub and Grill) is within walking distance and their fish fry on Fridays and prime rib on Saturdays is outstanding! Sturgeon Bay is nearby with excellent shopping at some of our favorite stores including: Bliss Marketplace, Northern Territory, Bayside Bargains, Door County Antiques and Consignment Mall, Cornucopia, and T. Simon Jewelers! Excellent restaurants: Inn at Cedar Crossing, Trattoria Dal Santo, Kick Coffee, 5 and J Coffee to name a few!
