Short walks to Nokomis Beach, and close by restaurants such as Pop's Sunset Grill and Pelican Alley (both located on the Intracoastal water way). Easy walk to banks, grocery stores, and pharmacy.
This private well kept home is situated in a convenient location on a large, private, quiet lot just two streets back from the beach. Split plan affords you and your guests plenty of space, with an open living area which includes a lanai and a patio perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Two sets of large pocket doors off the lanai open up to provide an abundance of natural light and gentle breeze which brings the outdoors into the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nokomis. The house was perfectly situated for us to ride our bikes to the beach and the Legacy Trail, as well as to the store and a couple of great restaurants. We were very comfortable in the house and enjoyed the mild breezes while sitting on the screened-in porch. Because it's set back from the road, and because the road is not very busy, the house was generally very quiet. We enjoyed the "wildlife" as well: a gopher tortoise, several bunnies, and an array of birds all kept us company. Our hosts were super friendly, gave us a great orientation when we arrived, and replied promptly and helpfully when we had a question. We feel very lucky to have been able to spend two months in such a lovely location.
Nokomis Beach is awesome!

The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Great for walking and minimal traffic. Just a walk away from the beach, intercoastal dining and stores.

What makes this property unique

The open floor plan with sliding pocket doors provides a lot of open space and the lanai allows you to enjoy the privacy of the back yard. It makes you feel as if you are outdoors.
