We recently relocated to Sun Coast, Florida to get out of the snow and winters of Denver, Colorado. As a Florida native myself, its great to be back in the Sunshine State and my husband is getting his first snowless Winter (he's from Minnesota and Colorado).

Why they chose this property

We loved the serenity of the neighborhood of this house. The neighbors don't hesitate to stop by and say hello. Close to stores, entertainment, food and beverage, this house was a perfect purchase to share with others!
