We enjoyed our stay and will book again! Or only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The creek in the back was perfect. We left the kitchen window open at night and the sound of the river lulled us to sleep.

Beautifully located cozy condo!
The space was clean, cozy, and right on a small river! The condo was also very easy walking distance to the main street in Grand Lake. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area!

Great location!
The place had a great location and was well maintained. The only problem was the people upstairs were loud and kept us up.
I loved everything about this condo and especially loved that it was close to everything and quiet.
Has everything you need and is very well cared for.
Great for the couple or solo who wants to be able to relax and or be out and about.

Visit to Grand Lake
The proximity to the beach area and the boardwalk was perfect, maybe a 5 minute walk. Loved the river in the back, it was much larger than I anticipated (it’s not a stream!). It was only 2 of us so the unit worked fine, it’s small but as I said, it worked. Very clean
It was a very cute and cozy condo and the best part about it was the roaring and babbling Creek out the back patio door where we spent the majority of our time when we were at the condo.
Nice place close to downtown but felt secluded by the stream/river. I would make the entry code have fewer digits. It was 10 digits (hard to remember) and shouldn't be more than 4.
Condo is nice. Most everything one could need was there in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Quiet, no sounds from any neighbors. Awsome river back porch. Only issue was that we planned to grill since it said there was a grill, but it was empty of gas.

Our annual Grand Lake visit
Room was very clean and location great! Easy check-in and check-out. We would have given 5 stars but mattress was horribly uncomfortable .
Baby got sick the first night. Pull out couch was horrible. I needed to sleep with her because of fever and non stop crying… the couch mattress was so bad I had to sleep on the floor. My husband said the queen bed was terrible. We left after the first night, which was not your fault but could not be Tortured with another sick night in those conditions. $640 out of my pocket to be very uncomfortable. The property was clean but in no way okay for 4 people, little alone 3. Honestly would not go back
Beautiful condo there are a few things that need to be fixed like the coffee pot works but does not warm the coffee so you have to microwave it once a bruise in the back door sticks so my wife got stuck outside think it was locked otherwise great unit

Beautiful Location
The condo is an outstanding place to stay if you are not disabled. Your ad for the condo said it was acceptable for disabled. I have written you a message before payment was do asking if it had a walkin shower and I never got a response. Later I phoned your customer service number and was told that there wasn’t a walk-in shower. I told customer service that I needed a walk-in shower , special chair to sleep in and enough walk space in the condo for my Walker. They said they couldn’t give me a refund for the lodging and apologized on the about of availability for disabled in the condo. It wasn’t an easy stay without a walk-in shower since I couldn’t take a shower. The chair wasn’t convenient for my sleeping and different than the chair in your marketing pictures. All of these things make it very difficult to stay and sleep in and another similar condo wasn’t available for our available time. Request that because of the misunderstanding of the available disability in the condo and my degree of disability that made it very difficult to stay there, that you consider a partial refund for the difficulties that made it very hard for me to stay there. As previously stated, the condo is in a beautiful location, clean and very nice right by the river. The condo is not disability friendly for a person that is disabled and needs a walk-in shower, chair that can be slept in by a disabled person and other disabled needs.

Great location with nice roaring creek
It’s a great location. We had a few issues. We were told we were guaranteed a parking spot in front of the property, but there never was one available. We parked down the road a bit maybe two or three blocks away. The television display doesn’t really work. The entire picture is warped, but we were only wanting to watch television at night. We wish we could have done that. The bed has one sheet and a comforter. We found blankets in the closet but they were watered into small piles so we assumed they were not clean. We plan accordingly so we had some of our own bedding.

Not pet-free
Condo was supposed to be pet free but the condo next door had a dog. While they attempted to clean up after the dog, they left many plastic bags of poop lying around until they left
