Conveniently located in the University Heights Neighborhood. Entire complex has been remodeled. Perfect place for short or longer term stay for a single person or a couple. Great location near UNM and local flavor restaurants.

Neighborhood:
Located in the University Heights area, surrounded by many points of interest including the University of New Mexico, CNM, Nob Hill and Downtown Albuquerque. The area offers numerous restaurants and shops that are unique to the area. While exploring the area, you may stumble upon a painted mural or two done by local artists.

This is an Urban area, as with any major city, has a large population of eccentric, transient, and homeless people. This is something for you to be aware of but not alarmed by. When we get the chance we stay in this apartment with our two young boys and feel completely safe.

-Apartment is cooled by swamp cooler during the summer months

-Located in 2nd floor, must climb stairs

-PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

The apartment was very clean and well organized. It met all my needs. I appreciated being so close to the university and had access to great restaurants and other shopping. I appreciated the quick response from our host as she accommodated our specific needs. It was a wonderful location and having our own parking spot was a great convenience.

All around great place.

The property was great from the start. You're own parking space, so no having to jockey for a place to park. The the accommodations were lovely and comfortable. Very homey and led to relaxation. The area was a great central location, I could walk to morning coffee and or breakfast and dinner, or to have a nice glass of wine. I would totally recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay centrally.

It was such a nice lil apartment. Enjoyed my stay. Only complaint I have is the bed. No platform or boxspring support, so it was a lil uncomfortable.This place was centrally located for my events and close to the airport. I appreciate the team checking in on me.
