Buddha's Bungalow is the south side of a chic beach bungalow nestled a stone’s throw away from Flagler Ave in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. Buddha's Bungalow is just a smidge closer to Flagler than her sister Namaste Here and is a touch more private. Decorated in a modern Balinese style, you will enjoy all the comforts of home in a cozy relaxed setting.

Each side boasts its own private porch for sea breeze enthusiasts complete with a bar and outside chairs. There is a sandy toes foot wash and a hot shower outside. The porch is a wonderful place to unwind and watch the world go by.

Inside you will find a full size kitchen that is primed to prepare a feast for the whole family. Most guests, however make reservations for dinner, and why not? All the dining and nightlife of Flagler Ave is just a short stroll away!

Each side is complete with an HD smart TV that connects to your device through chrome cast. Most entertainment apps will sync directly up, so there is no need to remember all your pesky passwords. There is no cable TV, but if you pay for cable at home simply download their app and you can bring it with you.

The master bedroom has a king size Casper mattress and the guest bedroom has two twins. The beds are as comfortable as they are beautiful.

You will find this beach bungalow welcoming, easy to stay in and ridiculously close to the beach and Flagler. Bring your toothbrush, a bathing suit and your dancing shoes.

This is one side of a duplex. Pets under 40lbs considered.

Great location! Very comfortable

I’ve stayed at many different places in NSB for years and this one is a favorite! It was so clean and decorated adorably. The location is great and we walked to everything in minutes! The shower was a spa experience!

Absolutley Perfect!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house is so well designed and the location is amazing! Walking distance to everything, yet still quiet and peaceful! Bill was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We will definitely be back!!

Amazing bungalow in the perfect location

The property has all updated finishes and is located in the perfect location just off of Flagler. The owner stopped by and introduced himself. He was a gracious host! 5 stars all the way around. Highly recommend!

Quick Beach weekend/Surf Trip

Been coming to New Smyrna to surf the last 8 years and Bill's house was BY FAR the best experience we have had. The house's location is more than ideal with walking distance to coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shopping on Flagler Ave. Our favorite part was the bar/counter top outside the house for hanging out. Looking forward to booking here again!

I have to be honest. I'm not sure if I like Bill or the VRNO better. Both were outstanding!!! Hope you don't get sick of us as we will be back. This place has everything you would need in a rental. Simple, clean, updated, close to everything. Park the car and forget about it. Thanks for everything.

Better than advertised

Buddha's Bungalow is better than described. Clean, very well appointed, quality throughout. If I were to set up a place to my own liking it wouldn't be much different. Many vacation rentals use second rate furniture, fixtures and appliances. Not this place. Everything is top shelf. Also, plenty of nice towels, toilet paper etc. I know that sounds petty but many places skimp here and it makes a difference. Location wise, you couldn't be closer to Flagler Ave. unless you were actually on Flagler Ave. You can throw a stone over it, not just to it, but at night, it was quiet. The Beach is a five minute walk if that. I'd come back any time. the description sells it short. Great place.

Reviews like this make me smile. I try so hard to make every beachcation I host to be comfortable and fun. IT used to drive me crazy when my mom would rent in NSB, and the towels would be lousy, the furniture cheap and the beds uncomfortable. Amazing bungalow

I would definitely recommend this bungalow to anyone that wants to rent short term or long term. My wife and I and our dog Harley stayed here for two months and it was absolutely amazing. The place was updated with all new appliances, bedding and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was perfect. It was a half a block off the Main Street which had numerous restaurants and little quaint shops. The beach was only 2 1/2 blocks away. Everything was in walking distance. Bill was the perfect host and was always readily available to answer any of our questions we had. We will definitely rent again in the future. We had such a great time for the two months we stayed.

Perfect location in paradise.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Buddha's Bungalow! The location was absolutely perfect to explore everything that New Smyrna Beach had to offer. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the beach, restaurants and the shopping on the avenue were all just a short walk around the corner, and while the bungalow was centrally located, it was also surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. The Bungalow itself was incredibly nice. The interior was clean and modern, and the decor was quite tastefully done. It had a peaceful, deliberately minimalist feel to it without being sterile. No clutter or overabundance of decoration, just enough to give it a comfortable amount of warmth and character. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed using the kitchen. The brand new appliances, the smooth sliding drawers and even the attention the owner placed on the well-balanced kitchen knives made cooking and meal preparation a delight. The bathroom felt very modern, with an incredible shower system and a nice added touch with the soft-backlit mirror. There was also a foot wash in the front to help keep beach sand from being tracked inside, and the outside shower in the back was a great bonus for rinsing off after the beach without having to go in. Outside the Bungalow, underneath a shaded roof, was a bar counter and seating area. We thought it was a nice touch when we first arrived, but we ended up actually spending most of our time there. It was the perfect spot for eating, indulging in a glass of wine and enjoying the ocean breeze. Also, the owners of the Bungalow were great hosts! They were very responsive when we needed something or had questions, and they seemed to genuinely enjoy making our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We had such a relaxing weekend that we will likely try to book the Buddha’s Bungalow on a regular basis. It’s our new “home away” in New Smyrna Beach!
