Welcome to Lake Winnisquam! Our home sits on the lake in Sanbornton. A perfect place to relax and getaway. The home is located 15 min. from Laconia/Meredith or Tilton, where you will find shops, restaurants and an array of activities. There are hiking trails, a ski resort, snow mobile trails nearby. 25 minutes to Weirs beach and Lake Winnipesaukee.
Dive into the lake from the dock, before taking your boat( tied to property's boat slip) for a cruise to loon sanctuary or anchor at the sandbar.
