The middle floor (street level) has the master bedroom (with bathroom) with a king bed, another large bedroom with a queen bed, a smaller bedroom with queen bed with twin trundle, and a bathroom. The bottom floor has a large room with a fold-out sofa bed (queen), TV and a PlayStation, a foosball table, a bathroom, and the laundry room. This room leads out to a deck overlooking the back yard which has a 10-foot trampoline.
