About this property
The Loafing Bear Cabin- the perfect cabin in the pines!
NOTE! WE ONLY ACCEPT BOOKINGS 45 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE. IF YOU SEND A REQUEST TO BOOK OVER 45 DAYS IN THE FUTURE, IT WILL MOST LIKELY GET DECLINED OR PRICE COULD CHANGE BECAUSE WE DONT ADJUST PRICE PAST 45 DAYS! ok now that's out of the way, the good stuff:
Super Cute cabin has solid wood floors, vaulted ceilings, knotty pine ceiling and siding, with all the old timey cabin features & furniture, + high speed internet/big screen tv- best of both worlds! Back door leads out to a huge deck where you will love having your morning coffee in the pines.
Cabin has all new insulation and a pellet stove which keeps the whole cabin warm and cozy even in the coldest of mountain winters.
The loafing bear (don't worry hes friendly- and also made of wood) and a deluxe rocking chair greet you upon entry, and you will breath a sigh of relief immediately upon entering and smelling the vague scent if wood that permeates the cabin, and hearing absolutely nothing but the silence of the pines.
Special features include an antique rolltop desk for work/ reading, a bbq grill on the oversize deck, a reading nook with lounge chair (right under a skylight!) Outdoor and indoor dining areas, interior lantern lights, antlers on the wall (sorry if your not into that sort of thing, it has been in the cabin for generations and is a part of it - you'll like it trust us) and even a pinecone for a doorknob.
The internet is fast enough for multiple streaming devices, and there is a big screen smart TV, where you can watch Netflix/Hulu/Roku/Whatever. Coffee Maker, water boiler, toaster, full kitchen for all your cooking needs- as well as of course, an almost brand new propane grill on the back deck.
Come breathe a sigh of relief at the loafing bear- you'll be glad you did.
We've gone the extra mile to make sure this cabin is truly the piniest and cabiniest experience, and to make sure that you will love it.
