The house is a 4 bedroom/3 bath with a massive loft total of 2600 sq ft of living space. An architecturally contemporary and unique stay with an open floor plan for the kitchen/dining/living area is perfect to entertain family and friends. Moon Hill Retreat comes with an 800 sqft master bedroom with mountain views and a private marble fireplace. Have you imagined waking up to the floating clouds at your level?

This privately owned house is a retreat for folks to enjoy and relax in the woods while experiencing luxury indoors. Amenities include a stone fireplace, wet bar, kitchen island, skylights, and sliders to an expansive deck.

The house has a unique rooftop at the highest level which can be accessed (with permission of the host if not raining or frosty) for witnessing the 360 mountain views. Open only seasonal & prior requests while booking.

HOME:
You are renting the entire house. No other people will be on the property during the duration of your stay.

WINTER:
As you`d imagine, you have decided to stay on a mountain top to enjoy what it`s best known for. You absolutely need to have a 4-wheel drive during winter to drive up the house. Our caretakers do a great job plowing, snow cleaning, blowing, and ensuring the road is clean but in the event of heavy snow, a 2-wheel drive will be difficult.

WIFI:
We have a 1Gbps high-speed fiber-optic connection available. The WIFI password will be shared prior to your stay

PETS:
We are dog-lovers ourselves and welcome dogs and cats at our house.

SMOKING:
This is no smoking house and any kind of smoking is strictly prohibited.

CAMERAS:
We have 3 outdoor entryway cameras, 1 on the main door, 1 on the deck, and the last on the garage which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

GUNS:
Guns or firearms are absolutely prohibited on this property.
