Close proximity to grocery supermarkets and bus transport. Apartment was spacious, clean with good amenities. Heating was great as we did notice the weather cooler than what we normally experience at home. I would stay here again.
We found this property to be very comfortable and in a walkable location to many of the sights, and the hop on hop off bus. It was also very conveniently located near a supermarket.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area. It has all you need for a comfortable stay, well equipped kitchen, fast internet and heating.pleasantheating
Very good location and comfortable accommodation. Owner was easy to reach and responded immediately to any questions. Overall very happy with our stay.

Spacious, well kept, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, great location near a grocery store. short walk to Hollyrood Palace and the old town, we really enjoyed our stay.
This was a very nice quiet place to stay that is right across the street from a grocery store. Its also within walking distance of Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile.
Apartment was well positioned for shops and close to the royal mile and Arthur’s seat. The property had everything you need for a great break. Would definitely use again.
The place was spotless and very homely. It is in a great location, with the Meadowbank Shopping centre across the road and within walking distance to town or choose the bus which stops nearby. All in all a great stay. Thankyou. 😊
We really enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh. The apartment has a few advantages: a place to park the car, close to the supermarket, in walking distance of the city center, good heating, two separate bedrooms. The bedroom for the children has two single beds and the other bedroom has a double. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped with espresso coffee machine, oven and microwave. Check-in went smooth (key in a box). Nice apartment.
Initially we had a small problem checking in as we couldn't find the lockbox, but I called and was given a more detailed explanation of its location. I would suggest adding a picture of the lock box with the check in instructions. Once we had the keys though, everything was fine. Flat was clean and tidy, and has everything you need. Location is great, as its walkable to the royal mile, grass market etc. Holyrood palace is only 5 to 10 mins walk away. Only other suggestion would be to fit black out blinds, as in the summer you would probably be woken up early by the light coming through the slats of the blinds. I usually bring stick up blinds for this reason when travelling with the kids. Wasn't a problem for this trip though, so just a suggestion really, not a complaint. Check out process was also really simple, and overall we were really happy with our stay.
The flat had lovely decor and we really loved the arty vibe. It was very convenient for our Edinburgh stay and although being so close to a shopping centre did not seem good at first, in the end it was a bonus. We even had a KFC lunch !
The kitchen was very well equipped but there were no egg cups or wine glasses other than champagne flutes.
Our dogs loved the flat and the enclosed garden which was only a short walk away.
We had a very enjoyable stay whilst two of us went to see Harry Styles in concert at Murrayfield.
The apartment was good value and offered everything that we needed over the two nights. I had difficulty connecting to the WiFi but the owner sent a corrected password shorty after I sent a message to deal with the issue.
There's not really a garden which didn't bother us and I sat in the nearby park watching the wildlife as it was a sunny day/evening.
Locally, there is a shopping mall across the road with Sainsbury, KFC and Costa Coffee which is pretty handy. Close by to the city centre and with a dedicated parking space.
Would certainly recommend.
We absolutely loved this apartment. Plenty of space and all the necessities, including shampoo, hair dryer, and many kitchen staples. We really appreciated everything that was provided! (Just a note, there was not conditioner in the shower, which we didn't have in any of our 4 accommodations in the UK, but I thought I'd mention it since it is often provided in the US.) There is a very convenient grocery store right across the street that we picked up food at a few times as well.
It was about a 1.5 mile walk to High Street, which took about 30 minutes for us. There were buses, but it was just easier for us to walk. Communication with the hosts was wonderful; they recommended Camera Obscura and the Chocolatarium, which were two highlights of our trip. The only hiccup was in finding the lock box initially, so slightly more detailed directions on where it was located would be helpful.
All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Hosts were great. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our Edinburgh stay a lot! This flat was a comfortable place to stay. It was nice having the separate living areas, (the family room has a door to close to make it useable when kids are asleep ). We really we happy with the kids having their own bed to themselves while sharing a room. The kitchen was plenty big to cook a meal. We were happy with a washing machine, when you use just make sure you have time for clothes to air dry- this wasn't an issued for us. The shower is an electric shower, being from the US I didn't know what that meant but was easy to figure out. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal for us. We were able to park our car in the parking lot, walk across the street to the Sainsbury for food and there is a Costa coffee across the street. Our favorite place to eat (the day we arrived because we were starving) was in walking distance too. Slemany Grill House is a great place to try, we as a family of 4 got the grill plate and it was enough for 2 dinners! Highly recommend for service, food and proximity.
We would recommend this place to those wanting to stay a bit outside the city and have a comfortable place to relax in after a busy day.
This apartment was exceptional in every way… clean, welcoming and perfectly located for walking to everything. Definitely would recommend this apartment. The host was very helpful and easy to contact!!
This apt had everything we needed plus more for our weekend away. We got a day bus ticket each day and used it for unlimited journeys. Being able to have a lie in, have breakfast whenever suited then come home after a day sight seeing to watch a good movie sprawled out on the sofa with tubs of ice cream from the Sainsbury's as cross the road, perfect! Shower gel shampoo conditioner etc all provided which saved weight in the suitcase as did fresh towels. Would we use again .... Definitely!!!
We used this property as a base to explore Edinburgh for hiking, nightlife, and cultural landmarks and we were not disappointed with the location so long as you are good with a bit of a jaunt.
We were very close to a local grocer and a costa so we were well suppplied for early mornings!
Showers were clean, beds were comfy, host was responsive, checkin and out were easy and we had no complaints on any of those points.
Only pain points for us was the property is a bit noisy from creaking, so if you are a light sleeper bring your noise cancellers. Also, Vrbo has the property come up for 2 large beds when in fact there are 2 twins in one room.
The flat was very clean, modern and spacious, with local shops just over the road. Easy to find and only a short distance from Arthur's Seat and the city centre. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.
