In addition to its surfside patio and new flooring throughout, this one-level nicely-maintained coastal getaway features a living and dining area (with new curtains), well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bath and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.  2 flat-screen TVs, Blu-ray, Wifi. Plus, six beach chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed).

Nice condo in Sea Colony

This is in a great location close to one of the pools. Air conditioning works well. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Updated bathrooms. Some minor repairs were not addressed during our stay. Cleaning staff for this unit did not do a good job prior to our arrival. Floors and countertops could have been much cleaner.

Good Value at Sea Colony

This condo was a good value for an oceanfront stay. Being ground level was convenient, and the unit was spacious. That said, the couches in the living room are past due for replacement, and the mattress in the primary bedroom was very uncomfortable (can’t speak for the other beds). Also, for some reason the sinks got plenty hot, but the primary shower only got lukewarm (again, can’t speak for the other shower).

Great first floor location. Easy access to both pool and beach. More detail to cleaning prior to our stay and overall upkeep of the unit is needed- clogged drains, questionable washer and very squeaky dryer, outlet not working in bathroom, air conditioner not cooling the unit well and Keurig broken. The unit was overall nice, despite the raised concerns, and our family enjoyed our time there.

Wouldn't Stay Again

When we checked in this unit was filthy. The floors hadn't been vacuumed or mopped, and in the kitchen, the counter and cabinets were greasy, the corner of the stovetop was broken off with the pieces just laying there(one of our kids stepped on a shard on the floor which made her foot bleed) and the refrigerator was so dirty we didnt want to put any food in it! The beds were really hard so none of us slept well, and the sofa really needs to be replaced. On the plus side, when I called about the unit being dirty, they had someone there to clean within a half hour. We love Sea Colony and have stayed many times. But this unit wasn't great. Don't recommend....
