The location was great - close to beach, stores, etc. Liked amenities of Sea Colony, but the place needs new furniture and minor bathroom repairs.

Nice convenient small

It was a nice small condo, furniture is old, dusty and stained. Pull-out couches are somewhat uncomfortable. The worst part is the furniture is old and cluttery

Family Vacation

I recently stayed at this location with my kids for a vacation, and while there were some positive aspects, several issues made our stay less enjoyable than anticipated. **Pros:** - **Location:** The place is situated in a fantastic location, close to the beach and local attractions. - **Customer Service:** The staff was friendly and helpful, which made check-in and any interactions pleasant. **Cons:** - **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness of the accommodation was below par. The pull-out couches were dirty, and the silverware drawers needed a thorough cleaning. - **Amenities:** Several amenities were in poor condition. Three out of the five beach chairs were broken, and the blankets provided were old and stained. While the location and customer service were highlights, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance significantly detracted from our overall experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve future stays for other guests.

Great location, condo had issues

The unit has a partial view of the ocean from its back patio, which is a plus. The sea colony amenities are fantastic. The listing for this condo is accurate in terms of pictures, space, and view. It was a little tight in the living room with both couches pulled out but that was fine for us. Unfortunately, this condo did have some issues. It was infested with house flies and no matter how many we killed they kept coming. Some of the appliances didn't work: the oven and the dishwasher (bottom can’t be pulled out). The extra blankets didn’t seem clean. In terms of the managing group, Vacasa, we had absolutely no way to reach them after hours when we couldn’t get into the unit when we arrived, which is unacceptable. (We waited on hold on their “emergency” line before connecting with someone — and it was 7:15pm. What a joke.)

dirty and poor maintenance of property

Overall very dirty. They did NOT clean properly between rentals. Dirty rugs, bedding and kitchen floor. Huge stain on sofa bed mattress pad. Dirty sheets left on sofa bed from previous guest . Big moldy ceiling tile in shower due to leaky shower head. 1/2 bath sink would not drain. Only1 of the 3 lamps in the MB worked- very dark. Bath mats were gross and old/ moldy. Kitchen cabinet was falling off. I was SERIOUSLY DISSAPOINTED! Only good things were location and air conditioning. But sea colony does not pro-rate beach tags and you have to pay for a full week, even though we only stayed 3 days. Rip-off!

Our stay was very nice . Place was very clean. Bed was comfortable but queen size. Living room furniture is comfortable but outdated. A place to put up your feet or a recliner would be nice. Air conditioning was excellent. Kitchen small but workable. No dish soap in kitchen or extra garbage bags. Place needs a box of Kleenex. Seems like hot shower water is limited so can’t take consecutive showers until more hot water is available. Nice that there was beach chairs to use. TV remotes not working when we arrived but replaced next day. Used the heated pool and hot tub often. It was an enjoyable stay.

Great stay

The place was exactly as described and met our needs. It was perfect for our family. Being right on the beach was so convenient and we could easily walk to a few restaurants and the boardwalk. In terms of the accommodations, we used the pull out beds which weren’t the most comfortable, but as most pull outs go, expected. We had an issue communicating with the rental agency as no one responded to emails or phone calls, so we had to physically go to the office.

Decent stay

The unit is in need of some. updating, (seating areas feel dingy and dirty) and there were several (minor) items in need of repair, but property manager was extremely responsive and timely to check ink these things and repaired what could be repaired. More information on after hours check-in (didn’t realize it was off-site until we arrived at parking lot) and parking situation and locations (one numbered spot and one unassigned spot in same lot with a reservation of three or more people) would have been helpful but overall, a nice stay. You can actually see the beach (at an angle) from the patio which is nice..
