This ground floor, newly furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located just across the street from the beach and walking distance to local restaurants and entertainment. Guests will enjoy the comfortable living and dining area with a modern and fully stocked kitchen. The unit comfortably sleeps six with a master bedroom king size bed and private bathroom, queen size bed in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo has a pool view with a patio opening up to the lush garden, pool and hot tub area. The pool is heated in the winter and chilled in the summer. Beach towels and 4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience. Convenient parking directly in front of the unit.

Directly across from the beach and a short two minute walk over the dunes you'll enjoy the best beaches on the Texas gulf coast. The condo is in the heart of the Island, close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
