Magnificent villa , recent (construction 2021), classified 5* by Stars of France, near beach, modern, can accommodate up to 8 people.
Located 6 minutes walk from the sea (beach of Seagulls in Valras Beach Blue Flag 2022 ) and at the bottom of a dead end (tranquility assured!).

Ground floor:
- Very large living room overlooking the terraces and pool (south and west facing). The terraces are covered and allow to eat in the shade!
- Master suite (bedroom 1) bed 180 x 200, new bedding , and a bathroom with shower and independant toilets

1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: bed 160 x 200, new bedding
- Bedroom 3: 2 x bed (90 X 200), new bedding
- Room 4: bunk beds (downstairs, bed 140 X 200, upstairs bed 90 x 200)
- Bathrooms: bathub + shower + independant toilets
- Cot and baby chair
Note: The rental of the villa is reserved for families.

- You can easily move by bike thanks to the many cycle paths that connect our neighborhood to the various beaches and the city center of Valras Plage.
You can rent bikes at the Camping de la Plage located 5 minutes walk from the villa (price: adult bike 8 € the 1/2 day and 12 € the day, child bike 6 € the 1/2 day and 8 € the day - degressive rates for several days )

- The Canal du Midi is 15 minutes by car for walking or cycling.

- Traveller access: All parts of the villa are accessible to travelers except the garage.

- The pool is in service from early May to late October and put to rest outside this period due to cold weather.

Other remarks:
- Bed linen, bath and toilet towels, bath rugs and tea towels are provided.
- Only beach towels are to bring.
- A toilet kit (35ml bottles of shampoo, shower gel and a miniature soap) is offered for your arrival.

Great house for a family &friends vacation next to a wonderful beach

House/pool We loved the modern and clean house that offers enough space for a group of persons. The kitchen, barbecue and bathrooms are well equipped and everything is new, clean and works perfectly. The only thing that we missed is a parasol /umbrella outside next to the pool. We didn’t like the artificial turf because it gets very hot and is not comfortable to walk on. However, the pool is clean and the kids loved it ! In the evening it would have been nice to be able to switch in the pool light, but there is no light switch available for guests. For a group of 8 persons the fridge could be a bit more spacious. Beach/ocean The beach can be reached within 10 minutes and is great (especially for kids!). The water is clean as well as the beach and the kids can play perfectly in the water that is not deep for about 5-7 meters from the beach.

Séjour en famille

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison récente à 6 personnes (2 adultes et 4 ados). A l'écart donc au calme et pourtant proche de la mer (5 minutes à pied environ), nous avons grandement apprécié ce séjour. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine est suffisamment grande et bien entretenue. La climatisation est un atout indéniable par cette chaleur. A proximité tous ce qu'il faut pour ne pas utiliser la voiture. Un point négatif... les moustiques :-(, il faut penser à se protéger toute la journée. Un grand merci à Emilie pour son accueil agréable et efficace.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie 12 Tage im Juni in dem sehr schönen und sehr sauberen Haus. Das Haus ist exakt wir in dem Inserat beschrieben und wie die Bilder es auch zeigen. Der Pool ist hervorragend für die Kinder zum schwimmen und durch die Abdeckung wird auch vermieden, dass nachts Insekten oder Blätter im Pool landen. Durch die Steine und den Kunstrasen wird vermieden, dass man allzu viel Schmutz ins Haus trägt. Im Haus gab es für unseren Kleinsten (20 Monate alt) einen Hochstuhl. Durch die Terrasse und den Tisch draußen, konnten wir zudem immer draußen essen, was durch die direkt angrenzende kleine Naturschutzzone sehr idyllisch war. Das Haus liegt in einem Neubaugebiet mit neuen Straßen und Wegen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 500m, an dem es auch 2 Cabanas für den Kaffee oder Eis gibt. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen sind die zahlreichen Hundebesitzer bzw. die Hinterlassenschaften ihrer Hunde, die leider niemand aufnimmt und die Wege damit so stark gepflastert sind, dass wir unseren Kleinen hier nicht allein laufen lassen wollten. Dafür kann natürlich das Haus bzw. deren Besitzer nichts. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen herrlich entspannten und schönen Urlaub.

Maison très agréable

Magnifique maison bien aménagée, moderne et spacieuse. Jolie piscine. La mer est à 10 minutes à pieds avec des enfants. Super service autant bien avec la conciergerie qu'avec le propriétaire. Réponses très rapides et efficaces. Il manque en grill, la plancha proposée est limite pour 8 personnes mais cela n'a pas gâché notre belle semaine de vacances.

La villa est très jolie et très bien équipée, les photos proposées sur l’annonce correspondent à la réalité. La localisation est parfaite, proche de la mer et à 15 min à pied de Valras-Plage, nous avons passé une très belle semaine.
