Available for 90 day minimum rental. Convenient to EVERYTHING! This two bedroom (1 King, 2 Twin) 2 bath condo at Gulfside is on the beach in Naples and exactly what you have been looking for! This unit has an open concept living room and dining room with great views of the ocean from the large balcony. The bedrooms are separated by the living area giving you more privacy. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom (Master w/ walk in shower, Guest w/ tub shower combo). Kitchen has all new appliances. (NOTE: Photo was taken before the updates were made). Gulfside has many amenities including a large beach side pool, on-site exercise room, tv room, library and on site free laundry facilities. Gulfside has a strict no pet policy and no smoking policy. This high class condo requires a 90 day minimum stay and a signed lease.
You must be approved by the condo association and pass a background check before being able to lease the unit at least 2 months before check in date. Cost of the application process is $150 and will be refunded to you upon leasing of the unit.

Owner totally unprepared to lease this condo

This condo was listed and managed by the owner’s daughter. All of our contact was with her and references to the “owner” are meant to be Michelle as her agent. We have been leasing condos in Naples-Bonita Springs for almost 20 years and leased this condo for 3 months in 2022. In all of our rentals, this is the ONLY one that has been problematic. The VRBO listing and the owner failed to disclose that the exterior of the building had been under major renovation for several months and that the work was just starting on our side of the building. The work continued for the full 3 months of our stay with ropes hung from the roof to ground for workmen to go up and down morning to late afternoon, compressors and other loud equipment running throughout the days, work on our balcony which made the balcony completely unusable with the sliding door literally blocked so we couldn’t open it even for air. Work wasn’t completed until just before we left, so we had only a few days to use the balcony. None of the 3 TVs were functional upon our arrival. No thanks to the owner, I was able to resolve the technical problem on 1 TV, but the others lacked the connection to Summit (never resolved). Roku devices were provided but didn’t make up for the lack of cable. We also had electrical sparking, which was not fully rectified. Problems such as these should have been resolved long before renters showed up. The posting stated the condo is “Fabulously decorated” and “recently updated”, which it isn’t with the outdated main bathroom, original 1970’s kitchen cabinets and sliding glass doors that leaked air, and much stained and bleached areas on the carpeting. I spent time organizing closets to make them more useful. Michelle originally promised a partial refund of our payment to make up for all the problems but reneged on that when it came down to doing it. She also states that $500 is a reasonable, common charge for cleaning, but this isn’t true even for large houses. Michelle will undoubtedly tell you a different story and claim that we were told of the work going on, as she is now claiming to us, but what I have written here is the truth without exaggeration. We would NEVER rent from this owner again. As you know the buyer must trust VRBO and the owner. In this case that trust was very misplaced. The owner will not reimburse us. We are clients of VRBO as well, and have been for many years, and would appreciate VRBO forfeiting their fee in payment to us.

Wow, I find it very ironic that you were so unhappy at our condo that you chose to stay there even after I offered you a FULL refund when I saw the outside construction going on. You yourself told me the condo association had never allowed that during peak season previously, yet you chose to stay and knew about it before you rented it. Not only did you choose to stay, you wanted to lease it again next year, but it was already rented, and you wanted to go outside of VRBO to do so. I apologize if you are unable to operate the cable tv but it was all working except one tv when you arrived and you all kept messing it up. Your complaints are over the top and greatly exaggerated and you could have left and contacted VRBO immediately if you were so unhappy, yet you didn't, and VRBO would have helped you find a new place. Yet you chose to stay and complain about everything and then asked to stay an extra night FOR FREE, which we allowed you to do then wanted a $5k refund, please. You can't stay anywhere in Naples, FL on the beach for what you paid, so I suggest you vacation elsewhere next time Susan.

Why they chose this property

This property has great decor. The carpet since the last rental has some bleach stains or some stains on the carpet in the entrance to kitchen and some in Dining room. Just want to know this is high upgraded carpet and will not be replaced due to this issue happening.
It has been profesinal cleaned and thisis the best it is It is minor to some.
