Beautiful 2 story house with a screened in pool, a 2 car garage.
Master bedroom with bathroom, living area and guest bathroom as well as the kitchen are in the first floor .
The other 3 bedrooms and bathroom are on second floor.

Wonderful stay

Overall it was great experience and had all that we needed. Just a suggestion to have emergency key somewhere so if accidentally some door is locked it will be easy to open

For the Money . . .

The beds were nice, and the sheets were soft. I wish all of the comforters were updated. It is a perfect place for a family who wants an inexpensive house while experiencing Disney. If you are looking for a kind, friendly, and responsive host, this property has one. He was always quick to respond and even came over to help us. We were there to spend the week in the pool, so we asked him to crank as high as possible. The pool was then amazing for our morning and night swims. We like sitting outside to eat, and though there is not a spot, we made it work. We brought our own paper plates because we did not feel there were enough to plates. It was clear that the host was slowly making updates to make it a better rental. Though we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house and the quantity and quality of some things, we felt the money equaled the experience.

8 days of Disney!!!

Overall I would say our experience in this house was pretty good. We have rented several houses in the Orlando area from different companies including VRBO. This is the first house that didn’t have a game room in the garage, we really wish it would have. I also didn’t really like doing the laundry in the garage. Other houses have had a laundry room. There was an extremely limited amount of items in the kitchen ( no steak knives or scissors). Out by the pool we wish there would have been a table and chairs area that we could have sat at to eat a meal, also the furniture out there was not that great. The neighborhood was also not that welcoming. We also wish we would have know how far away this house was from DisneyWorld. The home owner did come back to us pretty quick when we did have some issues. We did have a nice time at the house, even though we spent most of this vacation at the Disney parks. Thank you for your hospitality!!!
