Property had everything we needed for our stay and we all enjoyed our time here. Everything was very clean and maintained. Wonderful New Year family getaway

Our family stayed straight after New Year, and enjoyed every moment. We were searching for a home which would fit everyone under one roof, and this home was perfect. It was spacious, and the layout was nice for a large family like ours. We felt very much at home in the villa. It was clean and well-equipped. It was in a quiet neighborhood, even on a busy weekend, and we felt very safe. It was just a short drive to all the parks, which was very convenient. We highly recommend if you are visiting Disney. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Another great stay at the Devine Villa

We have stayed at Catherine's Villa a couple of times before when visiting the Orlando area, as usual we don't want to be confined to the Disney Parks environment, and enjoy days out at the beach etc . This time we spent less time at Disney, Universal than usual, so renting a villa instead of staying at various park hotels gave us the flexibility we need. The location of the villa is great, not too far from anything and in a quiet neighborhood with a Publix store just up at Lake Wilson Road. It was immaculately clean and very inviting as usual. From the towels folded on the bed, you can tell that attention to detail are important to the property owners. Thanks again Catherine we will definitely be back.

Beautifully Furnished and Maintained Villa

We stayed at this property for 8 nights whilst visiting Orlando to do the theme Parks. It is a half hour drive from Universal Parks and twenty minutes from Disney and it is so lovely to drive away from all the hustle and bustle after a long day in the parks into the quiet area of Davenport. The Villa is beautifully furnished and brilliantly maintained. Private pool is fabulous. We paid to have it heated as it was May and it was a gorgeous warm temperature but that wouldn't be necessary to be honest. The bedrooms are very large and luxuriously furnished with plenty of bathrooms. We are a family of 5 with three adult children so separate bedrooms are a must. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Catherine is very prompt at replying to emails etc and refunds your bond very quickly too. This is our third visit to Orlando and Villa Devine is the best property we have stayed in. Fully equipped kitchen and easy to use appliances plus fabulous washing machine and Dryer in huge double garage. Loved it Thank you Catherine we will definitely be back.

Lovely place to stay; great service from owner

My wife and I booked this property for a special family holiday. We have four daughters - 17, 14, 12, and 8 - and they were incredibly excited. The house is superb. Very spacious, well laid out, and an excellent standard of decor and cleanliness. It had everything that we needed and more. The children loved having their own private pool - quite compact but perfectly sufficient for them to splash around in. We paid a little extra to have it heated while we were there over Easter. Particularly handy for Disney (about 20 mins drive). Universal a touch further away (30 mins when traffic was kind). The Publix supermarket was only 5-10 minutes away, and stocked everything that we needed. We have a few food intolerances in the family - gluten and dairy mainly - and Publix stocks a good range of food that caters for those. Finally, the owner, Catherine, was incredibly helpful and replied very swiftly to any queries that I had. We had a great couple of weeks staying here, and, should we ever be in a position to visit Orlando again, we would certainly be booking it again.

Great!

My family and our friends stayed here for a Disney/Orlando Studuos vacation and it was perfect! The house was perfect size for all of us and our young children. We were only 15-20 minutes away from all of the parks and Sea World. Cathy was amazing to work with and answered any questions we had right away! We'd definitely recommend this home for anyone!

Wonderful place to stay

My friends and I stayed here for about a few days (Mon- Sat) when we were vacationing in Orlando. There were 6 of us total including myself. The description of the villa and pictures displayed were exactly what we arrived to. The villa was very clean and well maintained. There was a note upon arrival on the kitchen counter regarding issues with the dish washer, but we were advised that maintenance was already on it. There was plenty of space for us, as the description does say that this property can accommodate 8. We didn't even use the second living area. We went to Disney World, which is about 20-25 mins away Tuesday-Friday so we were gone for most of the day and came back to the villa in the evening before dinner. There's a Publix grocery store about 10 minutes away. We passed by this on our way to and from Disney so we were able to pick up things to make dinner. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The house came fully stocked on household items. The pool area was great. We swam every night when we returned from Disney. There were plenty of chairs for all of us. The water was not cold and we didn't request pool heating since we stayed during September. The only complaint I do have is that the supplies were not replenished. We were only given the initial amount upon arrival ( 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 2 dishwasher soap tablets). Because of this, we had to purchase our own pack of TP and dish soap. This was not a big issue though. I would definitely stay at this villa again if I'm vacationing in the Orlando area. I would highly recommend this place. This villa was perfect for our stay and I'm glad that we chose to stay here. The owner and property manager were always reachable if needed.

Fantastic, can't wait to return!

We stayed here for 10 days at the beginning of December and we had the best holiday ever. The villa was spacious, immaculately clean and catered for all our needs as a family. We have two boys age 14 and 12 and a little boy age 7months and the villa was perfect for us all. A short drive to all the Disney parks and the airport the villa is perfectly situated. Catherine it was a pleasure to stay in your villa and we can't wait to return xxx

Fantastic and spacious villa

This was our first trip to Florida. The holiday was wonderful for all sorts of reasons including the villa. Very lovely in its feel, it is in a peaceful spot, is spacious and has a great pool. It was so good to return to the villa each evening after our theme park experiences. Our comment to our friends and family when we returned to the UK was that it felt like a place you could happily live in. The villa could easily accommodate two families and not feel overcrowded. It also gives very easy access to the theme parks to the east (15mins) and is only an hour from Tampa.

Dream Holiday

The Villa provided all our needs required to make our family feel comfortable relexad and entertained with it's private pool, cable TV and WIFI. The decor is very elegant and modern. The villa was well maintained and clean. The location of the villa was not far from the Inner State 4 where all the theme parks are located from. It was 15 minute drive from the local shops and restuarants. I would highly recomend this villa.

Super Vacation Home

My family and I stayed at the “Devine Villa” in Aviana for 1 week in January 2011 in all there were 2 couples and 3 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was newly furnished to high standard and the pool and patio were terrific. The house looks just like it does in the pictures. I was really nervous about booking the house since the whole both family's vacation was depending on the ease and comfort of the house but it was terrific better than I hoped. The neighborhood is new and clean and quiet. It was about 15 minutes from Disney, very close to a Publix grocery store, CVS, and Chillis at Champions Gate. We spent a couple of days at Disney, lounged by the pool, went shopping and the guys played golf. (Lots of golf). This beats staying at a hotel every time and I would definitely do this again without any hesitation. Everyone had a great time! Catherine was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She answered every question quickly and efficiently. I have recommended this to many of my friends and am forwarding them this information. I doubt that you can find a better house for the value. Thanks Catherine for sharing your house with us! Our only regrets were that we hadn’t stayed for longer.

Perfect Holiday

Ist Class Villa

We have just come back from a 2 week trip to Orlando our 4th visit and only 2nd stay in a villa. We chose this villa because it was situated on the same estate that we stayed in on our last holiday. This however was a truly better decorated villa than our last one. It has everything you need and you truly won't want to come home!! The villa owner is very helpful with any questions you may have from the moment you book her villa. The management company are very helpful and check on the pool cleaning etc throughout your stay. The owner has a visitors book which guests can write in and we picked up suggestions of a few new places to eat which we hadn't tried before. We will be going back again hope fully in 2012 and will be booking this villa again!!

Fantastic Holiday!

We booked this at the last minute and the owner was a real pleasure to deal with, this was my third time renting a villa in Florida, and this has been the best so far. It was very clean, with new furniture and was well-maintained. The location is great as it was not to far from all that we needed (adventure parks, restaurants and shops) yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located in a very quiet and secure residential area. The pool is a real asset and is kept very clean. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the very best. I have already enquired about renting in 2011.

Stunning Villa

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in July 2010 at this villa tremendously! It was everything the owners said it would be & more! The villa was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and newly furnished. It was more than adequate for our family of eight. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. I'm always worried about renting a property because you never know if the property will live up to the pictures but this villa was just stunning, if not more, than the pictures showed. We always looked forward to coming "home" at the end of each day and spent all our time around the pool as it was so hot in Florida . The neighborhood was quiet & secure and we were within walking distance to the clubhouse with it's larger pool and gym which my nephew used daily. We were close (15 minutes) to Disneyworld and all necessary ameneties, including Shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. We look forward to coming back to Florida and this villa. We will be recommending this property to friends and relatives.

Perfect setup for a family.

It felt like an extension of our own home. I would highly recommend it for a family. We have teens and an 8 yr old, and everyone had their own space. It fit us perfectly, and if we ever return to Orlando, we would rent this home again!

Family vacation

Overall very nice. I didn't expect to have to buy toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher detergent. We also ran out of kitchen garbage sacks. The rest of our stay was good.
