This fabulous villa is located in the tranquil setting of the gated Aviana resort in Davenport, Orlando, Florida. The resort offers a clubhouse situated next to a communal pool and hot tub, overlooking a lake, idyllic! There is also a fitness centre, sand volleyball and children’s playground . The villa feels luxurious from the moment you step inside. There are two seating areas, one with a large TV (HD cable), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas near the seating areas, washer and dryer (in garage), air conditioning, fans in 3 bedrooms and two bedrooms have en-suites and TV’s (cable), pool (heating - fees apply), patio furniture, backing on to a secluded area, is just perfect for lazy days or relaxing after a day of theme parks. With Walt Disney World only 15 minutes away by car, easy access to other attractions (ie Universal Studios with Harry Potter, Sea World, Space Centre, beaches), championship golf courses just a few miles from this resort, it is the perfect location for your Florida adventures. Local gas stations, grocery shopping & food places are nearby at Loughmans Crossing. Free local calls and WIFI included.
