About this property
Crescent Ridge -easy ski/ride to lifts
Crescent Road is one of Park City's best kept secrets. This 1600 sq. ft. condo, nestled into the hillside between the Silver Star and Eagle lifts, provides easy walking access for all abilities to Park City's famed ski area. The condo is beautifully finished inside, with 3 bedrooms / 3 bath (2 ensuite and an additional family bathroom). The large living / dining / kitchen area has plenty of space for gathering together at the end of the day with a cozy fire and games area for the kids.
Set in a quiet culdesac, ending on the ski run, Crescent Road is sure to delight skiers and non-skiers alike. The condo has 3 large, private bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with combo tub / shower. The final bedroom has 2 queen beds. Fresh, good quality cotton linens and towels are provided for your use at the start of your stay. There is a washer and drier in the powder room for your convenience. The large living room is elegantly furnished with beautiful wooden floors and deep, comfy sofas. The cozy gas fire is easy to light and will keep you warm and toasty. Finally, with a large kitchen and dining area, catering for your group will be breeze, if that's your plan. Although by no means needed, if you want to bring a vehicle, there is a garage for one car, and space outside for a second. There is NO STREET PARKING.
Check in and out is super easy and independent. I will be as flexible as I can be depending on other bookings. I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me!
The Crescent Ridge condos are a well kept secret in Park City. Primarily a residential complex they have an amazing location in both summer and winter. The condos are nestled into the side of the mountain and are within short walking distance to both the base of the Silver Star ski lift area or the Park City Mountain Village. Park City Mountain Village is the main base area for skiing at Park City, with ski school, beginner terrain, restaurants, shops, ice skating and other fun activities. The Silver Star cafe and gear shop are also wonderful venues for breakfast, lunch or après ski. In fact The Silver Star Cafe is one of the few places I have found to serve a mulled wine on the menu! What better way to end an afternoon in the mountains! To get around town, the free Park City shuttle runs frequently and stops a few hundred yds from the condo. Getting to the resort base, or the shops by bus takes a couple of minutes.
The shuttle bus stop is a few minutes walk away, providing easy access to everything Park City has to offer. The bus service is free and regular. If you choose to bring a car, there is one spot in the covered garage and one spot in the driveway. There is no street parking for additional vehicles.

Susie was great to work with! Super responsive and helpful with everything… the lodging, check in, food recommendations and info on ski lessons for a 3 year old! (Which went fantastic!) The condo would have been super easy to ski too if there had been enough snow but that’s not anyone’s fault! And we figured out how easy it is to park near the lifts and free if you have 4 people! So that worked out even better with above mentioned 3 year old!We ended up with 10 inches of snow, a great weekend of skiing, and a clean, comfy place to come back to hang out, eat and sleep!Only side note: if you can’t climb stairs Park City probably isn’t the place for you!

Matt, thanks!
Yes, this unit has a few more stairs than many, and for sure is not for everyone, but if you manage / don't mind them, it's well worth it. Great location and super nice place to make your base!
All the best,
Susie
Glad you had fun!
Hope to see you next year,
Susie.

Perfect place for Skiing!
This place was perfect. Plenty of room for 8 of us and a short walk to the slopes. Susie was great and even brought us a new coffee maker the same day after ours didn’t work. She knows how important coffee is!!!

Well appointed kitchen. Nice gas fireplace.

Great location! Great place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Place was very comfortable and had all that we needed. It was an easy 5 minute walk to silver star lift to get right onto.tje mointain.
Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space to hang out after a good day of skiing. The fireplace made it all so cozy on cold winter nights. And we enjoyed the snap-back shuffleboard game. The owner provided lots of great suggestions. We certainly will keep this place in mind if/when we come back to Park City!

Leslie,
it was a pleasure to host you. Please do make sure you keep my details for the future. I'd be delighted to host you again.
Susie, Mountainside Treasures.
We really enjoyed it here - one note is that it's a bit harder to do ski in/ski out unless your kids are good at blue runs. Ski in is a bit easier, but to get out you need to take a blue or black. Great place though and lovely kitchen - it helped being able to keep the skis in the garage and not take them up the stairs!

Response from VrboOwner on 28 Mar 2025
Thanks Rebecca, there is in fact green access if you walk towards the main base, but if you go to Silver Star, it's a blue run on Temptation. The Green down to First time is accessible for all but first day skiers.
thanks,
Susie
Convenient to slopes. This matters because traffic can be intense. Suzie the manager is pretty communicative and the layout of the place was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the fireplace and shuffleboard table. Will stay again when in PC.

Great week with luck of daily snow. The unit is showing its age a bit and needs just a little TLC. But the location is great. Good space overall. Excellent TV/fire/family area for evening entertainment. Well stocked kitchen for meals in.

John, thanks for the great feedback - you sure were lucky with the snow. For clarification, I think it's fair to say that the building is a little older but the unit inside is very nicely upgraded and refurbished, with nice wooden floors, all new linens this December, excellent facilities in the kitchen, games room etc, upgraded bathrooms etc. The entrance to the building is not re-furbished.
I'm glad you had a good trip, and would welcome you to return,
All the best,
Susie

Summer Stay
What a gem of a home! We spent ~6 weeks here this summer and had an absolute blast. Beautiful, clean house in a beautiful location - right on a number of summer biking/hiking/running trails. We had two people working from home while we stayed here and the internet was plenty fast for video conferences, etc.
Would be remiss not to mention how wonderful it was to work with Susie. She's incredibly kind and responsive to questions, and really made it feel like we were interacting with a real (and lovely!) person rather than a run-of-the-mill agency. Thanks for having us!
We had a great time at this cozy condo astride Park City! My only caution to potential visitors is that there are about 50 steps from the street & garage up to the property, which is situated up the hill from the street address. If you are coming to Park City for the handicap skiing/snowboarding program at the National Abilities Center, this location might not be for you. Or, if you crash on the slopes and spend any time on cruches, this would really not be fun. Thankfully there is a ski locker room in the garage that can fit plenty of skis, snowboards & other equipment, so you don't have to lug all that up the stairs to the condo.
Aside from that - the condo includes a fun shuffleboard table, spacious dining & living area, and three bedrooms (one king, one queen and one bunkroom). The bunkroom had 2 twin beds, and then each twin has an additional cot-style bed that rolls out from underneath, so you effectively have 4 twins on the floor of that room.
The condo was very clean when we arrived and the bathrooms were fully stocked with necessities such as Tresemme shampoo & conditioner. There are three full bathrooms: one in the King bedroom, one in the Queen and another small one in the hallway (which also houses a small stacked washer/dryer). The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. for making food in the unit.
At the street level, the garage can fit 1 can inside and a second outside. Once you get down the stairs in the morning, it's about an 8 minute walk to the slopes above the Three Kings/Eagle/First Time lifts (you can take First Time up to Payday or Crescent), or about a 10-12 minute walk to the Silver Star lift (this gets you to the King Con). At the end of the day, you can ski towards Silver Star and then take a "residential access" trail that will drop you onto the same street about a 5 minute walk back to the unit. Not quite "ski-in-ski-out" but not too far off the slopes either.

We had a wonderful weekend with friends staying at this perfectly located condo. It was plenty of space for 2 families of 4 to eat, sleep and enjoy relaxing in the family room area. And it literally could not have been more conveniently located to the slopes for our group of skiers. The only thing to note is the number of stairs to get to the condo. It was not an issue for our group at all but something to be aware of if you are traveling with anyone that might struggle with that. We would definitely stay here again!

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that excels in renting luxury vacation properties in ski towns. Being small ensures that we maintain an attentive service for both our guests and clients. Check out the web page for more about me and what I can offer. I am also a ski instructor at Park City - let me know if you need some help to get you going once you are here!! I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.
