Location within Canmore was good. Having the railroad tracks right next door made sure that you had great sounds at least 5 times during the night.
Beds mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. There was no control over the heating system, turned the thermostat off and place still heats up. Had to have the window open to cool off the suite which helped in listening to the trains that continually went by. Suite was not ready and the cleaning staff was rude when asked when it would be ready... over 1.5 hours late. Place is constantly rented so no upkeep is being done
We are a family living in Calgary but love the close proximity to the Canadian Rocky Mountains with beautiful scenery and enjoy the fresh, clean, crisp smell of the mountain air.

The Canmore Nordic Center played host to the cross-country ski and biathlon events of the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics. It is one of the most beautiful places in all of Canada to live, work and play!
