House located in a private domain 5 minutes by car from La Baule and Guérande intramuros. The house is composed of a living room with semi-open kitchen, 5 bedrooms including 1 bedroom on the ground floor with dressing room and a bathroom. The living room gives access to a 100 m2 terrace facing South and a swimming pool (8x4m). <br>The ground floor is composed of 4 attic bedrooms (one of which has independent access), a shower room and a separate toilet. Equipment: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 2 televisions, Wifi. The 2000 m2 garden is planted with trees and facing south. Outdoor equipment: trampoline, basketball hoop, deckchairs, garden chairs and electric plancha. Access to a tennis court in the estate. Ideal for families with children. Vélocéan cycle path accessible at the exit of the estate (15 minutes by bike from the beach of La Baule and the ramparts of Guérande).

Une agréable quinzaine en ce mois d’août 2023. Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle où petits et grands se retrouvent avec plaisir. Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du spa. Un régal. Merci à Cyrille et Sandrine pour leur accueil chaleureux et la délicate attention. Une location que nous recommandons.

Hôtes très accueillants, maison spacieuse et très bien équipée, proche des commerces et emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région. Pistes cyclables à proximité vraiment ravie par notre séjour.
