This is a cute camper which obviously has a lot of love put into the preparation and maintenance. There are adorable details in the decorations! It is so cute and so many details! I am not even sure I caught all of them! From the wall paper to the blankets, to the dishes, to the outside decor... everything! The night sky view is very pretty, too! It is secluded enough to get away from most light pollution and enjoy the outdoors while being close enough to roadways to get food. Instructions for the stay are clear (including a book of how-to's/do's and don'ts for the camper). Additionally, the hosts are very responsive and communicative. My friend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway from the city to explore the Grand Canyon and other fun nature adventures throughout Western/Central Arizona. Very well located if you want to go to the West ridge's Skywalk and Guano Point. Would definitely recommend!
Gigi and Kyle have created such a cute place! It was so easy to communicate with them and they offered suggestions to enhance our visit to the area. The camper was comfortable and we had everything we needed for a cozy getaway.

About the host
Hosted by Gigi Elmes / Kyle Fay
After years and years of having a vintage retail shop in new york city we escaped the City craziness for the desert craziness! We love checking out all the intense canyon hikes here in the Cerbat mountains, and there is plenty to do within a 60 mile radius! Besides Grand Canyon West there are National Parks within a few hours in both directions which is a big plus. I love taking photos and Kyle loves mountain biking, theres plenty of that here! We both love thrifting and flea markets and will be happy to give you a list of our faves.
Why they chose this property
Our camper is on the 1 acre lot adjacent to our home and private on a fenced in acre locked by you. We have Joshua Trees and cactus in the yard. Both are sharp so don't touch. The camper property is lit up by solar lights at night and the Milky Way galaxy is visible most of the year, and the star gazing is always incredible.
What makes this property unique
It’s hard to believe that an hour southeast of las vegas you can be amongst the densest Joshua Tree forest in the world! The Grand Canyon West rim home of The Skywalk is 30 miles up the road! Dolan Springs is a quirky western town surrounded by mountains, any which way you go will lead you to great hikes with breathtaking views. If your goal is Grand Canyon West its an easy 40 minute drive. 2.5 hours east will have you in the Grand Canyon National Park. Willow Beach Or South-cove beach (lake Mead), and the famous Arizona Hot Springs are all within an hours drive!
