Magnificent property

Beautiful holiday home

We had a fantastic stay, a beautiful house in a quiet location with excellent fixtures and fittings. The heated pool was enjoyed by all. The outdoor eating area was lovely. Good facilities for the baby as well as the rest of the family. We would stay again.

Family holiday

Overall the property was excellent for our family stay. It was very well equipped to a very high standard. The swimming pool was great but the water could have been warmer. The two lower double rooms if occupied by young children could not be unlocked or locked from outside. The garden areas were beautifully landscaped and the view to the sea terrific. One issue : on our last night there was a rowdy crowd of youths who woke us at 3 am and rang the door bell several times which kept us awake. This is not a criticism of the villa which is in a very quiet location.

Family fun

This is a beautiful stylish, super clean and comfortable villa. It literally has everything you need to easily cater for a large group of people. There are many options for finding a quiet spot to chill and for those big group gatherings. It is the perfect location for enjoying your morning coffee and your evening aperitif watching the sun rise and fall over the horizon. The saline pool was a lovely surprise and is it a very short walk from the beach opposite, although the rocky sea floor made it difficult to swim in unless the tide was high. The location is ideal for accessing all the wonderful towns and beaches that the island has to offer by bike or car. The only feedback we have is that the bedrooms ( particularly on the ground and upper floor) would benefit from air conditioning or the provision or fans. We did find that these rooms did get quite hot through the night during the height of summer. Nevertheless, as a family group ranging from 8 to 80 years of age, we had the most wonderful week and this villa offered the most exceptional venue for us to do this with comfort, ease and convenience. We all wished we had booked a second week.

vacances sur Oléron

La maison etait située à 3,7 km du centre commercial de la Cotinière et non à 600m ce qui m' fortement deplu. Sinon la maison était formidable et la situation face à la mer géniale Il faut aussi veiller à laisser un mode d'emploi de la télé sinon c'est dommage.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé de bonnes vacances sur Oléron et à la maison. En ce qui concerne la localisation de la maison, nous sommes désolés mais il n'est marqué nul part qu'elle est située à 600m de la Cotinière. Vous devez confondre car comme indiqué dans l'annonce, elle est à 5min en voiture de la Cotinière ou de Domino. Pour la télévision, les précédents vacanciers ont jeté les explications mais à votre arrivée, le concierge a passé 30min à vous expliquer et à la régler pour qu'elle soit le plus simple possible d'utilisation. Superbe maison pour découvrir l’île d’Oléron

Nous étions huit adultes et cinq enfants, et nous avons tous passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette magnifique maison. Grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs, très belle vue sur la mer, piscine et terrasse ensoleillées. Tout est neuf ou récemment rénové, équipement très complet, literie très confortable. Une prestation de très grande qualité, gérée par une agence de conciergerie professionnelle, efficace et sympathique. Encore merci pour ce bon moment passé sur l’île d’Oléron.

Traumhaus am Meer

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem absoluten Traumhaus am Meer. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und bietet von der Terrasse aus einen herrlichen Panoramablick auf den Atlantik. Rückwärtig liegt ein beheizter Pool, es ist im Untergeschosse eine weitere (kleinere) Sommerküche vorhanden, was sich als sehr praktisch erwiesen hat. Insgesamt ist das Objekt extrem gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Betreuung durch den Hausmeisterservice war ebenfalls exzellent. Insgesamt können wir dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen Es ist seinen Preis allemal wert.

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec 3 générations et tout était parfait. Maison spacieuse pratique décoration digne d'un catalogue. Propriétaire très compréhensive et humaine suite à petit souci de carrelage cassé. Vue imprenable sur mer... vraiment rien à redire !! Nous avons tous adoré ! bref nous recommandons ++++

Very pleasant holiday home next to the beach.

The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. There were excellent views of the sea and the beach was just over the road, although we walked a few minutes further along for slightly larger and sandier parts of the beach. The pool was warm and well-maintained. The property manager was attentive to minor issues. The village is a little further away so a bicycle is recommended.

Das Haus war perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub mit 4 Paaren. Jedes Paar hatte seinen eigenen Bereich mit eigenem Bad. Der Garten und der Pool sind wunderschön und im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Alles perfekt organisiert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Ein Traum ist der Blick aufs Meer! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastisch verlof

Wat een prachtige woning en mooie locatie. Gans de familie heeft genoten, alles was aanwezig we voelden ons net zoals thuis. De eigenaar heeft de woning ingericht met heel veel smaak en alles was voorzien om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Met 11 personen was er meer dan voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. Ook het agentschap was top, vriendelijk en heel goede service. Niets dan lof over ons verblijf ondanks het minder mooi weer.
