At the end of a quiet culdesac. Kids can ride bikes out front. On the south side of town just off McCulloch close to main highway 95. Easy to get to lake and very close to everything you need. Coffee Bean, restaurants, Basha's grocery store (which has a Starbucks), gas station, fitness center and more. The house is comfortable and resort style, you might have a hard time leaving to go to the lake! BBQ, play games, tables inside and outside for socializing. Lounge chairs and several umbrellas. Plenty of floaties and toys for the pool. You can watch cable tv and also has internet access for your devices. Two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, second bedroom has a King bed, and the third bedroom a Quen bed. The living room has a futon couch that turns into bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top and a couch that is comfotable enough to sleep on. The living room couch could is super comfortable made of memory foam. Plenty of room for your boats or toys on the side of the house. Has everything away to be you home away from home, your own Lake House.
