Beautiful home - Amazing backyard!

We had a wonderful visit in Henderson! The home was clean and well-equipped. The backyard is not only beautiful, but an amazing space planned for shaded and unshaded areas. The communication was prompt and very helpful. We would rent it again!

This house was amazing. The house was super clean when we arrived. The kids went straight upstairs and picked their rooms. The pool was very nice. Stores are very close and convenient if you need last minute items. Owner responded right away needed. I broke a pan on accident and i let the owner know right away, owner ordered a whole set and it was delivered to the house next day. The house has 2 living rooms so was really nice when kiddos wanted to watch and movie and grownups wanted to watch a movie. Overall super good experience. Will return again to this beautiful modern home.

Great property

It was an amazing location and SO beautiful! Only had a couple issues as in; 2 person shower fills up super fast and doesn’t drain so you can’t actually enjoy a nice shower. Also, the renters before us ruined a lot of things we were expecting due to a party they thru I guess so we had to smoke in a tiny area(8ppl) and we just felt like we were walking on egg shells because it was quiet time after 10pm. Due to that, we were scared to use the hot tub or anything because we didn’t want to get kicked out. Just was a Lil upset about that fact because it was my 30th bday celebration and we paid almost 2k and didn’t get what we expected

Beautiful home terrible WiFi, make sure your Hotspot is working. Video game don't work. Property Manager never called to correct problems. Just lied about repairman was at door, but no answer. Was promised a credit for my troubles but never received one or a call to apologize. Keep the Money!!

Beautiful Home

We had some minor issues, which frustrated a couple of people in our party. Nothing major enough to prevented us from enjoying our stay. The home is well kept with a beautiful outdoor setting with a nice pool. Uber cost to the strip was about $20-25 one way depending on the time of day/ night.

Modern spaces, the brand new "super shower" and the completely re-done pool with wet deck are all examples of the California lifestyle the owner wanted to impart in the Las Vegas suburbs. They chose the property as it's on a corner lot and allows more space between the neighbors for privacy.
