The pictures show a bright newer looking property. The house has been maintained but I’m guessing the house was built in the 80’s and haven’t had any significant upgrades since. The neighborhood was sketchy and the house next door has had a fire and all the windows have been blown out.

Cute House

We really enjoyed our stay here. Had everything we could have asked for. It’s a little further from the strip than we thought (17 miles) but I would still stay there again.

Family vacation

We were taking an annual 3 generation family vacation and chose Las Vegas this year. The house suited us perfectly. The two grandkids loved the bunkbeds. All the beds were comfortable. We used the basketball court and really enjoyed the pool!

Jennifer is a wonderful host who truly goes above and beyond. She was always prompt and responsive whenever we had questions, and her communication was clear from start to finish. The instructions for the house were well organized and easy to follow, which made our stay completely stress-free. She also checked in with us during our visit to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The house itself is extremely comfortable and well maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. It’s especially great for families, with a wide variety of games that kept everyone entertained and made our time together even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend both the home and Jennifer as a host.
