Loft located 100 m from the sea in Cotentin, with a panoramic view of the sea.


In addition to all the necessary comfort of a functional house, the house offers more welcoming advantages.
For the cooler seasons the second floor, with its rotating chimney, allows you to admire the fire while observing the coast. The fireplace can also be oriented towards the bathtub: relaxation guaranteed after a hike punctuated by ten consecutive showers !!!
For sunny moments (there are also ...), the two south-facing terraces allow you to fully enjoy the garden and the sea view.
A brazéro makes it possible to extend these moments, when the freshness of the evening is felt.

The house consists of:

-a bedroom of 16 m2 (1 double bed) and a sofa bed
-a bedroom / living room with fireplace of 30m2 including a double bed and a small berth with a double bed.
-a living room / lounge / open kitchen overlooking the terraces and the garden.
-a courtyard with outdoor ping-pong table
-It has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

The house welcomes pets without any problem. She has a small cat which can possibly remain in the garden.

The house is located in a dead end, which makes its environment calm. It is located straight from a small hill, which allows it to have a clear view of the sea and the coast.



The house is located on the coast 7 km east of Cherbourg in a small village. Its location allows quick access to the Hague (wild coast located north west of the Cotentin) and Val de Saire (hedged farmland with several picturesque ports: Barfleur, SaintVast la Hougue, Fermanville ...

Nice house with good vieuw

The house was good equipped en nice to stay in. The terasses and the nice small garden are great. The only bad thing where the beds. We did not sleep well. Otherwise great house

Belle escapade

Le propriétaire des lieux met tout en place pour que le séjour se déroule parfaitement. La conception de la maison telle que décrite dans l'annonce met en évidence qu'elle n'est pas adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Beaucoup de vaisselle à notre disposition (quelques plats et casseroles pas très propres) Frais de ménage dérisoires par rapport à la grandeur de la maison.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très lumineuse au décor très original et dotée de livres et de jeux pour les journées sans soleil.

Besonderes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten als Familie mit drei Kindern eine schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Es gibt tollen Blick auf den Atlantik aus fast jedem Fenster, sehr datailreich und interessant eingerichtet, Haus mit Charakter.

Comme dans un bateau ......

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison aussi agréable qu'originale . Vue sur la mer , agrément du jardin , bibliothèque très bien garnie de toutes sortes de romans , ouvrages sur la région ou B.D., tout était là pour notre plus grand plaisir. Merci à Stéphane qui est un hôte prévenant et généreux . Et vive le Cotentin !!

Un vrai dépaysement

Maison atypique, très chaleureuse, confortable avec une vue mer magnifique. On avait l’impression d’ être au bout du monde, presqu’ à Ushuaia. Une vraie bouffée d’air marin complètement régénérant. Nous avons fait de jolies balades, malgré le temps parfois pluvieux. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et conciliant. Il a aménagé sa maison avec beaucoup de goût et a beaucoup de livres intéressants à consulter sur la région.

Maison superbe avec une vue géniale située proche de tout . Je recommande grandement

Maison parfaite pour famille 3 chambres proche de la plage moins de cent mètres à vol d'oiseau. Nous avons apprécié son calme et sa situation géographique. Nous reviendrons c'est certain. Merci à Stéphane pour sa gentillesse.
