Just magnificent, our 3Bdrm/3Ba on the 8th floor of the Cortez building in Phase 2 with over 2,600 square feet of living space. Beautiful tile and marble throughout, including 2 balconies with unobstructed views of the beautiful pools and the Sea of Cortez. Can't beat the location! The back patio has a nice view of Cholla Bay and our 18 hole Championship golf course.
The condo is fully furnished - the kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils needed. The dining room can seat 8 people plus the indoor kitchen bar allows seating for an additional 4 people. Electronic includes Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, CD player & Radio with surround system in Living Room and Flat Screens & DVD Players in all 3 Bedrooms. This unit offers a Den with a TV and a second sofa sleeper.
Las Palomas, the BEST Resort in Rocky Point, has an onsite lobby check-in, two fine dining restaurants, a fitness center, a sundries/gift shop, underground parking, many spectacular pools with 2-negative edge pools, and swim-up bars.
