Simple elegance that will call you back to one of the most wonderful areas in the South. Our condo boasts clutter free decor with high quality furnishings and linens.

Every personality and age group in your party will find their fun! Golfers, tennis players, bikers, runners, walkers, shoppers, beach lovers, explorers, foodies....there is something for everyone!

Pawleys Island is BEAUTIFUL. Litchfield Beach has miles and miles of walking. The Low Country offers food for the eyes, heart and soul. It is a FEAST ...you will LOVE Pelican Nichee' as your home away from home.

Enjoy fun filled days on the beach building sand castles, surfing the waves, playing beach games, reading, walking or bicycling. Treat your taste buds with the delicious food at many of the wonderful restaurants in the area. Golf in the area is fantastic as well!

Staying at Marci and Melinda’s condo was a great experience. They were accommodating leading up to the stay as well as during the stay, very responsive, and have a wonderfully located, well maintained, and cozy beach condo in Litchfield By The Sea with all the amenities you would need! Beautiful beachfront condo

Excellent overall stay. Communication with Marci was super easy and the place was stocked very well. The location is absolutely perfect with a huge balcony with a beautiful view. Will definitely plan on staying again and would highly recommend!

You will fall in love with Pelican Nichee' and the memories you will make in Pawleys Island on Litchfield Beach. The food is great in the Low Country. Franks, Chive Blossom, Bistro 217, Kudzu Bakery... oh, the list is big . Bicycling, tennis and golf make for fun adventures. Rent a boat or just build a sandcastle on the beach. Read that book you have been saving for some down time.
