Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets,  Fager's Island,  Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more! 
Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes.  Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week.

Property was as described, in great condition, very clean. Location perfect. But communication with property management over some minor issues was very difficult took 5 days to change a ceiling light above staircase leading to top flor which was very dark at night.

Nice, family vacation location

Overall, my family and I were very happy with this rental. Great community, easy walk to the ocean beaches and convenient to busses to head downtown to the boardwalk. The home was large enough for 12 people to sleep comfortable. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of the townhouse upon arrival. I won't get into details, but it was highly disappointing and we ended up purchasing cleaning supplies/brooms etc to clean up so we could feel comfortable. There were some minor, planned repairs we were notified of in advance and the maintenance worker was very friendly and helpful. He even fixed a couple of items for us, that were not on his list. Overall, it was a great family vacation home and I would recommend the location to others. The rental company should consider a new cleaning company though!

One of the nicer townhouses in sunset Island. Great location. I would have given 5 stars however, the master bathroom shower is almost unusable. No water pressure. Hopefully they can address it.
