Why they chose this property
We just love the old Florida charm of small town Englewood with its quaint downtown, proximity to the bay and beaches. On most nights there are multiple options for live music within 5-10 minute car ride. The cottage encourages relaxation with the park-like tropical yard and outdoor shower. The Old Englewood neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking with bay access for canoeing and paddleboarding only a mile away. To us this location is Paradise!!
