Lockbox code will be provided by text/email 2 hours before an arrival. Please text/email us when you checked in and check out.
put out trash and recycle in separate trash can and put for Thursday morning collection 6:00 am. Take out trash and recycling, do not mix them out.
Please try to leave the property in same condition it was on arrival, EXCEPT regular routine cleaning
