Clean, cozy, well situated location with private parking available- a huge plus in DC. Host was very communicative and accommodations were comfortable.
The place was as advertised. Clean and suitable for what we wanted. Mainly a place to sleep get a shower and some coffee in the morning. If you are a larger perso. This might not work for you as it gets a little tight in some.places; but for us it worked very well. Check in and out was super easy.
We enjoyed our stay in Jeff's unit. It was cozy and perfect for our party of 3. The unit was clean and well appointed. A big plus was the gated parking with a remote for easy access!

I never actually went into the apartment. I did not feel comfortable staying alone. Projects are like 5 minutes away.
Really good stay. Came for work on Capitol Hill. Very clean and everything that you need. They really pay attention to details and the stay was very comfortable. It was a great deal compared to the high rates of hotels for the week in DC. The neighborhood reminded of my days in South and West Philly. Metro was a little bit of walk (about 1/2 mile) and you'd have to feel comfortable in a typical city environment to make the trek to it (no issues here). Would recommend and stay again if hotel pricing surged.
Not only was the unit clean, easily accessible and inviting, our hosts were a huge asset to a good time in DC. They left a full list and map of the neighborhood including excellent places to eat and fun things to do. The location of the rental unit is perfect. We cruised around on rented mopeds and saw every monument, memorial, and museum. We only stayed three nights but it would’ve been comfortable for much longer. Thank you hosts! We truly felt at home.
This was a cozy space. The owners had on hand a great welcome binder with information on everything. We also used the parking space which was a huge bonus. We parked and walked while there.
