Historic home located in the heart of DC, come stay at this garden level studio unit. Close to many historic sites, monuments, the Capitol, museums, and more. Very walkable and metro accessible neighborhood close to many bars, restaurants, and shopping. Three blocks from the Columbia Heights metro station.

This space has a private entrance, one queen size bed and one queen size inflatable mattress. Unit includes a washer and dryer, kitchenette, TV, wireless internet, dishes, linens, towels, and soap. Limited street parking in this neighborhood; however, there is a parking garage just two blocks away.

Great place for visit to DC. A short walk to subway that can take you to all the attractions. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Thanks for sharing your property. Close to Dance Institute of Washington, close walk to Metro, giving access to all of DC. Was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Air conditioning unit may impact light sleepers, but most do.

Very good. Clean, easy to heart of DC. We bought a 3 day Metro pass from airport strait to Columbia Heights district and a 6min walk to the place, so not sure about parking,etc. This is our second stay at Amanda’s and we are so pleased. There is a cute Kids playground 5mins away (old trolly turnaround) and best pizza place, Red Rock, right down the road from there. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Amanda’s place! It is a studio so it was cozy with my husband, 2 elementary kids and myself, but comfortable and didn’t feel cramped. It is the perfect location, close to the metro stop and grocery stores and lots of restaurants but off to the side so feels out of the way of the hubbub. I loved all the different ethnicities represented. There is a Mexican bakery, a French bakery and a pupuseria all in a half block from the doorstep. Having the metro stop on the yellow line made it so easy and quick to get to all the places we wanted to visit on the National Mall and the Smithsonian museums. Would definitely stay here again!

Amanda was super helpful, prompt and the apt was cute, clean and complete with everything we needed and more. Only suggestion I would make is rooted in a user error too. Being unfamiliar with the area, I understood "garage parking available" as provided at the residence-it is not. Also, the area dot on the initial search was further away from the area than I was trying to get to, but it worked.

Clean, quiet convenient stay while in DC. Close to metro lines and down to the national mall in 10 minutes! Some good neighborhood eats, bars, coffee shops and more within walking distant, and we walked over to the National Zoo during our stay!

Very clean, well equipped. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location for Capitol district. All types of places to eat and get groceries nearby. Host was great! Parking is not so great. Biggest minus for us (we are senior citizens) was that we didn’t feel safe walking in the evening.

Great stay!

We loved our stay. The entrance to the unit is down beneath the row home and looked a little sketchy at first, but it really was great! The location has everything, and we felt very safe and comfortable. Me and my teenage son stayed. The location is a quarter mile to the closest Metro station, too. The owner was very responsive and accommodating!
