July 4th get away

Family vacation to the space coast

This is a great house for anyone traveling with children. We recently traveled to Florida with our baby and 3 yr old and this property has everything you could need - crib, stroller, beach amenities, and our favorite the pool and swing set. The house was very clean, the pool was the perfect temp and the hosts were absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend!

Impressive property

We were in the neighborhood for a graduation party, so a group of us stayed at the property. We found it to be very clean, well laid out, excellent kitchen facility that was extremely well stocked with pots and pans, serve ware, plenty of plates and bowls and even some spices, and parchment paper. The pool was also very nice and equally as well stocked with towels and floats.Would highly recommend the property to anyone.

Pool temp was amazing - perfect for kids and adults. We asked if there was a crock pot; manager thought so but then went and BOUGHT one for our stay! Over and above customer service! Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach; plenty of seating and towels and linens; nicely decorated too! We hope to be back!!

Fabulous house

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to reply to any inquiries. The location was perfect for our needs. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the pool was wonderful. We had 8 ladies in our group and we had enough space to be comfortable for the full week we stayed. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Hi Robert, thanks for staying at our lovely property! Hope the band trip was great in orlando. We are always upfront with our renters that we are .09 miles from the beach. We are beachside on our little barrier Island, close enough to be at the beach in 5 minutes, but far away for more safety of those tropical storms that occur during hurricane season. We are also so lucky to have no parking costs associated with the Indialantic beaches, including our one and only DOG beach, Canova. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting your family again in the future.

The home is in a great location. It is close to the oceanfront and lots of great restaurants and shops. It could have been cleaned much better for our arrival, but overall we had a great stay.

Best pool we've ever had on vacation! The house was spotless, and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Maureen was a fantastic host, super responsive and friendly! We'd definitely stay here again! The house itself is spacious and bright. You can't beat the location. A close walk to the park, and great yard for kids or dogs. We loved the little dog-friendly touches!

Great home and host!

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and smelled amazing when we walked in. The location was great and easy access to lots of restaurants, beaches and a 25 minute drive the the space coast complex where my son was playing in a baseball tournament. We will be back if we are ever in the area again.

The proximity of the ocean is the charm of this home. It has amazing light, and adorned with happy energy. We have an outstanding chef's kitchen, and the open floor plan invites togetherness. The oversized pool is so refreshing, with salt water and heated by solar panels. We love dogs, so approved dogs are welcomed. The yard is completely fenced in with a playset for the kiddos, and a barbecue for the cooks. We love the neighborhood it is in an established mid century modern oasis. Walking distance to Gleason park which has trails & a small pond. Publix grocery store is right around the corner, also a great pet store, shops, banks and restaurants.
