<br>Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Amiets in Cléder, we welcome you to our 140 m2 house from 2020.<br><br>We provide you with:<br>- a master bedroom with a 180*200 bed<br>- a second bedroom with a 140 *190 bed<br>- a third bedroom with 140*190 bed<br>- a games room/bedroom with 90*190 bed + baby cot.<br><br>You can enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV/Internet (YouTube, Netflix), bathroom with shower and bathtub.<br>Outside, your children can play on the playground (slide, 2 swings), and enjoy the basketball hoop. <br>Garden furniture on the terrace, parasol, hammock, sunbed, barbecue and outdoor hot shower available.<br>Children's games available (books, Duplo,...)<br>Habitation net. <br>Washing machine.<br>Pets not allowed.<br>Non-smoking house. <br><br>The beach and the Amiets playground (children's games, mini golf, nautical club) are a 5-minute walk away. <br><br><br>Close to the village and all amenities (1km).<br>Brest airport is 35 minutes away, Morlaix TGV station 25 minutes away.<br><br>Rate for the fortnight available (01/08 to 17/08/2025) = 2800 euros.<br><br><br>Additional photos on request.<br><br>Near GR34, Roscoff, island of Batz<br>

Great house, great area

We enjoyed our three weeks vacation with three kids in this wonderful house. Great area to explore, propably the best beach in France just 5 min walking away, just fantastic.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Rachelle et Julien : - accueil chaleureux et attentionné - maison très propre, et bien décorée - jardin et maison parfaite pour nos enfants (bac à sable, jeux...) - splendide plage des Amiets à proximité Merci Rachelle et Julien !

Perfekt für uns

Liebe Rachelle, herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Eurem Haus. Der Garten mit dem riesigen Sandkasten war perfekt für unsere beiden Kinder. Euer Haus hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, ist sehr gepflegt und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Der Strand "Plage des Amiets" ist zu Fuss schnell erreicht. In Cléder bekommt man alles Notwendige, vor allem der Metzger ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Zeit bei Euch sehr genossen und können Euer Haus weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße Michael
