This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom Palmetto Dunes villa is just steps from the beach. A beautiful, coastal vibe flows throughout this villa with its’ light walls, driftwood floors, and beachy art. The furnishings and finishes exude low country charm. The kitchen, living room, and dining room look out to the patio and huge windows. Each bedroom boasts a private bath for comfort and privacy. This beachside villa has it all.

***WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO BEGIN 11/18/25 - April 2026. Each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Scaffolding will only be used on the parking lot side of building and man lifts will be used on the ocean side.
6305 Hampton Place is in Wave 2 and tentatively scheduled to begin 1/2/26. Please inquire with any questions.

Fall getaway

Overall our stay was awesome. The renovation which been done looks great! Would recommend taking a look at master shower. The floor is slick and overall shower is very small.

Great views and you can hear the waves!

Our family of four had a wonderful late spring break at this beautiful and newly updated villa in Hampton Place. The views were fantastic and this was the first place we have stayed in Hilton Head where you could hear the waves - it was so pleasant. The location in Palmetto Dunes was fantastic, close to the General Store and other attractions but also on a quiet stretch that was great for peaceful walks around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Hilton Head in July

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was a bit small and had no table for morning coffee and snacks. Last time we had three bedrooms and two nice size balconies. The parking was excellent so all in all, I would recommend this facility.

3 rd time at Hampton Place which is super location in a top resort. First time in this unit. It was as advertised with great view, well stocked , clean and well furnished. One minor item would be a couple of lamps in living area.

Mostly great

The only problems were a several small roaches (which are everywhere in Hilton Head unless treated regularly) and cooking pans that were degraded to the point that they were extremely difficult to get clean for the next mornings eggs. Otherwise, the unit was very nice. Great view, comfortable space, and a good value.

Unit 6305 in Hampton Place inside Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island TOP NOTCH! Not one complaint; excellent view from the spacious 3rd floor porch; perfectly stocked kitchen; ample supply of beach towels; bath towels; nice sized family room plenty of space to spread out! Pool chairs had the most comfy cushions; beach service arrangements were a breeze. Best week ever! Getting Ubers for dinners out were easy; great sidewalks for long walks. The General Store on property good for essentials of any kind.

We have stayed here before. Last year we commented that end table lights in living room were poor or non existent and made for difficult reading and that there should be some type of area rug in part of living room as it was stark and cold. An area rug was added and it di the job but table lights remained absent from living room other than a moder n globe light on one side which provided little light at all. Both bathrooms are in need of updating - while functional they are from 80s or 90s

Amazing!

This property was amazing. Very family friendly! We have two 4 year old and an infant. The rooms are on opposite side of the condo and you have a door to close off the non primary room and bathroom which was amazing for kids and would be great for privacy with adults. It was cozy and quiet! We were in town for a wedding at the Omni. This property backed up to the venue we were attending the wedding. I didn’t realize how close it truly was! Absolute lifesaver! The view of the beach is absolutely breathtaking! We will be back for family vacation in the off season!

Stayed at 6305. First the negatives; every morning a weedwacker, edge trimmer, or some other motor making noise. Our dryer squeeled terribly, beds were really firm, lamp in guest bedroom was awful, windows were dirty, the MB shower is old and small, and microwave lights dont work. There is no policy enforcement here. Floaties, kids running, jumping, screaming and such at the pool. People smoking and drinking and in the pool. I will say this is not the norm, as we have stayed here before and did not encounter this. My guess is Memorial Day weekend attracted a different crowd.Positives- rooms were clean, plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances, fairly spacious. Beach is gorgeous and perfect for bike riding. Theres no shell hunting here as they are practically non existant. Hampton place is in the middle at Palmetto Dunes so pretty close to everything.

Great location and space!

This was the perfect place to stay! It is just as pictured online and was a very quiet area. Easy access to pool and beach and in the best little area close to restaurants and things to do. We had bikes and beach gear delivered which was flawless and this condo has great access to the nice bike trails. Hope to be back here soon in this hidden gem!

Couldn't have Asked for Better

This condo unit was spacious, clean, and had a gorgeous view. Everything was so close, we would just walk barefoot to the beach or pool our our door to not get sand on our shoes! It was a bonus that the condo unit faced south and our kids could watch big cargo ships come and go out of Savannah. I would come back to this exact unit in a heartbeat.

Great place!

We had a great time here. Pictures are spot on. Resort is very pretty and quiet for the most part. Beds were very comfy and plenty of room to spread out. Great spot on the beach and easy access. Plenty of room at the pool area for lots of people along with 3 grills. It’s in a convenient area with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Tennis was easy to book and Big Jim’s had great food. Elevator was down when we got there but it was up and running the next day. The shower in master is small and no where to put things except on floor but it didn’t take away from anything overall. We would book here again.

Amazing Condo!

Loved everything about HHI and this condo was perfect. Great location, clean, spacious, comfortable. Will definitely be back and will likely try to stay at Hampton Place again. My only complaint and it can't really qualify as a complaint was I wish I knew the unit came with beach chairs. I rented 2 for the week and turned out we didn't need them.

Beautiful......but

This is a nicely appointed two bedroom condo in a well maintained Palmetto Dunes property. The new kitchen appliances and lovely furnishings are offset (unfortunately) by the poorly maintained and kept bathrooms. Both could use a refresh, recaulk and very deep cleaning - and this would be a 5 star property across the board.

family beach vacation

great for family vacation with kids. Nice pool with all amenities, great beach with direct private access for the residence. Safe, nice and clean place and neighborhood. Condo is nice, modern and well-equipped. Free vouchers with VayK gear Co were very useful. I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness because we found a few cockroaches in the kitchen The only elevator was down for about a day, which was annoying as we have young kids with all the beach stuff and baby gears. overall we think that the price/value is too much on the pricey side.
