Just 5 minutes from both the sea and the lively village, it offers a timeless escape with its arched windows, stunning 1960s murals, its bathroom overlooking the Gulf of Hyères, its vintage details, and all its interior rooms opening onto one of the most beautiful views of Port-Cros, Porquerolles, the Giens Peninsula, Fort Brégançon, and the Corniche des Maures.

Built on two levels, the villa features a large living room with a panoramic picture window and a sleeping area with a queen-size bed, a balcony facing the open sea, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an entryway.
On the lower level is the bedroom, equipped with a second queen-size bed and storage space.
The new, hotel-quality bedding (purchased in June 2022) consists of two 160 beds that can be separated into two 80 beds.
Nestled amid lush greenery, the house is surrounded by a large garden planted with Mediterranean flora and criss-crossed by numerous paths and walkways. Two large terraces and a panoramic balcony, equipped with lounge chairs, tables, and garden chairs, offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
