Located in the prestigious Punta Mita Resort, this rarely available Hacienda de Mita penthouse boasts 3,500 square feet of indoor space and 400 square feet of terraces with panoramic views of the Pacifico golf course's 7th hole, the Bay of Banderas, and the Los Marriettas Islands. Amenities include daily housekeeping with breakfast/lunch service (except Sundays), Premier Golf Membership, a 6-person golf cart, and concierge services.

The open-plan living area features vaulted ceilings and expansive views, with 25 feet of sliding glass doors that merge indoor and outdoor spaces. Guest rooms offer ocean, mountain, or golf course views, with two king bedrooms and a flexible third guest room with either a king or two twin beds. An additional single bed is located in the multipurpose utility room.

Your stay in Punta Mita comes with the highest level of privacy and security, and upon entering through our gates, you instantly become part of the community. A Premier Golf membership grants you access to several stunning beach clubs with water sports and family-friendly amenities, as well as racquet sports and fitness facilities.
