Get ready to enjoy your vacation in this 4 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bathroom Hacienda de Mita beach front condominium! This unit has been beautifully updated and is meticulously maintained to provide a lovely oasis for you to enjoy!

Hacienda de Mita is the only beach front property in Punta Mita and is also the only property with a private gate into El Anclote, the adjacent village which offers shopping and wonderful dining options, all within walking distance.

The unit is in Building 1, boasting an unobstructed view and one of only four buildings that are right on the beach.

Each building in Hacienda de Mita has its own swimming pool and hot tub as well as access to the Hacienda de Mita Beach Club which is on the property and has a larger pool and hot tub with pool side food and beverage service.

This renovated property is fully air conditioned and offers a spacious and comfortable floor plan. Enjoy an open concept chef's kitchen, large main living room and dining room with seating for eight that both open onto an over-sized well appointed patio with an unobstructed view of the beach and bay.

The property boasts four comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage:
Two primary bedrooms, both with king beds (one of the primary bedrooms also includes a full size day bed).
One bedroom with two queen beds.
One bedroom with platform bunk beds - perfect for the young (or young at heart).

All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with blow dryers, robes, and basic toiletries for your convenience.

The unit also has WIFI, a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, assorted recreational gear and beach towels.

Included with this property is a Premier Golf membership which allows access to all the Punta Mita Beach Clubs and discounted rates at the fitness center, the two renowned Jack Nicklaus golf courses and the world class racquet sport center. There is a one time per person guest fee required to use the facilities:
Adults and teenagers - $65.50
Children 5-12 - $40
Children under 5 - no charge

The unit includes access to a six person golf cart. Use of the golf cart requires a signed waiver upon arrival and prior to use.

Daily housekeeping is included every day but Sunday.

A chef is available to prepare breakfast every day, excluding Sunday. (The cost of the food is not included.) Additional meal preparation can be arranged through the property manager.

Lovely, updated and well-appointed condo! Staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful! While the grounds around the condo complex are beautiful and maintained, the pools needed a bit of updating as well as the temperature was way too warm. Would 100% stay here again!

This condo has such a gorgeous view of the ocean. We arrived and immediately started watching the whales from the beautiful terrace with comfortable seating. Each room is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. It truly has everything you need. The housekeeper swept in while we were away most days and was excellent. We really loved the proximity to town and the beach clubs by golf cart.Communication with our concierge and owner was great. It turned out to be a very easy and beautiful vacation!

Lovely few days!

The property was exactly as advertised. Place was spacious and clean with all that you need to have a fun few days on the beach. Having access to the beach clubs was a fun plus but the pools in front are also great.

Beautiful property but lacking in service.

I hate to give a bad review on such a beautiful property. The decor was gorgeous, the location can’t be beat, but the concierge truly was the worst we’ve experienced in Punta mita. We’ve been coming every year for the last 10 years and couldn’t believe how awful our experience was with her. She was extremely cold and unfriendly. Didn’t let me know about canceled dinner reservations which left us scrambling. Was unwilling to arrange a chef for some food requests we were wanting to pay for, and cornered one of my guests on our way out to complain about me being disappointed in her service. Luckily I was in the stairway and could hear the interaction and stop it. So unprofessional and unlike anything we’ve experienced in all of our years there. I would not recommend this property when there are so many others that are equally as beautiful and include a concierge that makes the experience top notch.
