Private serene mobile home with spacious area for gathering and large eat-in kitchen and counter area. Has desk. Front yard has nice picnic table.

Within walking/driving distance to Shops, Museums, Breweries, Parks, Greenbelt, 50 minutes drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Property is located in beautiful Boulder county which is home to many parks and recreation areas in which to hike, picnic, swim, ski, fish, boat, and many other activities such as dinner playhouses, music venues such a Red Rocks Amphitheatre which host many bands, Boulder dinner playhouse, Sunset pool, 6 Flags amusement park, Zoo, Planetarium and Museum of Natural history close by in Denver. The outdoor sunset swimming pool is 6 minutes away.

Red Rocks also has many beautiful areas in which to hike where you can see Colorado's history of the dinosaurs that roamed the area as well as mountain towns where gold mining towns and 4-wheel drive vehicles can take you to the utmost heights to look at the beauty Colorado has to offer. While your touring or skiing make sure to check out our many hot springs where you can relax and soak up the sun or gaze into the stars at night.

On a hot day drive a short distance to Lyons where you can shop, have lunch at the many restaurants, play at the local arcade, and then cool off in the river where everyone gathers to have summer fun. You can also go down Martin Street to the river and enjoy some cool relaxation. Bring your floaty.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please turn heat to 55 or off in summer. Close and lock all windows, doors Try to land the place as you found it. Please don't move the furniture Treat it like it were your home

Wednesday morning is trash day Recycle in blue lid can work bottles, cans , cardboard and plastic containers. This gets picked up every other week 2nd and 4th Wednesday

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking in the house of any kind. You may smoke outside but please clean up butts and don't leave them in the yard please. Cean up after your pet.

When you leave, please have dishes washed. Please leave the house as you found it. There is a dish drainer under the sink if you want to use it.

Enjoy yourself. There is cable and television. Leave the key on the counter when you leave and thanks for coming to stay with us. Have safe travels.

Two week stay

Very close to downtown, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Good kitchen and living room and laundry facilities. It was a great place to stay for my two week training I was attending at the time.

FRAUD

This place is a fraud and a rip off!! It is not a home! It is a trailer in a trailer park with run down trailers and no scenic view. Do NOT believe any of the pictures or descriptions! No A/C; one window unit for 3/4 of the trailer. Owner never would contact us back when asked and still in distube over our stay!! Do NOT stay here!!

Heather, I contacted you many many times both by telephone, text and Vrbo website. I offered you $400 of your money back for the confusion you had about the swimming pool being on the property. It is only 6 minutes from my trailer home. I never advertised it as a house. It has always been advertised as a trailer. You wanted a completely free stay and a full refund after you stayed the week. The unit has 3 air conditioners and a swamp cooler on the roof. So are not telling the truth. It was 4th of July weekend and hotels and places were sold out within a 200 mile radius. Your very luck to have visited with your kids and have nice clean beds. Hopefully you at least had a nice visit with you kids at their softball games.

I am a Native of Colorado and love the outdoors activities we have in our state such as skiing, snow boarding, ice skating, fishing, hiking, biking, swimming, hang gliding, golfing, and camping.

I have 4 grown boys and 2 grandkids who enjoy swimming in the river just down the street, going to the recreation center or to the Jester dinner theatre to see Scrooge for the holidays.

I have a ranch right out of Rocky Mountain National Park where I raise cattle, goats, turkeys, chickens, and pigs. We have a couple of boarder collies and a Great Perinese Mountain dog.

We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay with us.

We have everything here in Longmont you could want from fishing, biking, hiking, swimming, skiing, perfect for those special times in your life, weddings, skiing trips with family, reunions, getting away from it all. Time for a relaxing time with your friends and you beautiful family members. Get them together now and come to Colorado to relax and build some great memories, relax in the hot springs, take in a rodeo, check out a concert at Red Rocks, go to the Jester's dinner Theatre on Main street and take in show, go to Roosevelt Park and look at the beautiful Rose Garden, check out the recreation center and take a class or take the kids swimming.

What makes this property unique

We are centrally located and have greenbelt nearby if you like to e-bike or walk. The bowling alley is next door and the YMCA is also within walking distance. We are close to the St. Vrain river where kids and adults alike go to fish and swim.

Shopping is also close by and we have lots of events for the holidays on Main Street complete with parades, food and music.

Come and enjoy Longmont. You won't regret it.
