Spacious and bright 2-room apartment (54 m²) in a quiet building with an lift, in the heart of ROYAN, offering a beautiful view of the sea. In just a 5-minute walk, you’ll be at Chay Beach (near the thalassotherapy centre), the market, the harbour, or shopping in city centre Royan! This apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people.One bedroom with built-in storage (140-cm bed), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a cosy living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 1–2 people (135/190) separated from the spacious and bright dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, and hob) opening onto the balcony, where you can enjoy peaceful meals with a lovely view of the sea! You’ll have Wi-Fi, a TV, and a selection of card and board games! A guide to local highlights and places to explore will be waiting for you upon arrival (zoo, traditional village, restaurants, notable sites such as the islands of Aix, Oléron, and Ré…)! Bed linens and towels are available for an additional fee. The mandatory checkout cleaning fee is €65, but this does not exempt you from daily upkeep. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed to avoid any allergy issues for future guests! Linen options are available for an additional fee. During the season, the property is available from Saturday at 4:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM.

Royan appartement

Beau sejour, location ok. Seul probleme c'est d'obtenir une facture comme il se doit, trop compliqué sur Abritel je ne prendrai plus de location sur Abritel !
