Welcome to the Sweetbriar Garden Suite, a beautiful and chic condo-style cottage that is located in the peaceful community of Kings Beach on the shores of Lake Tahoe. This newly updated 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo is perfect for a romantic getaway, a small family holiday, or an escape by yourself. With its carefully updated and stylishly decorated interior, this home is a great place to stay while exploring all that Tahoe has to offer. Plus, it's just a short walk away from all the shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beach!

As you walk into the Sweetbriar Garden Suite, you'll immediately notice how bright and beautifully decorated it is. The main living spaces include a cozy living room, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely dining area. The comfortable bedroom in the Sweetbriar Garden Suite features cottage-style decor and a queen size bed that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Located within walking distance to the picturesque Kings Beach community on the northern shore of Lake Tahoe, Sweetbriar is close to a variety of attractions for visitors to enjoy. The nearby Northstar Resort offers excellent alpine recreation while downtown Truckee is home to a variety of art galleries, boutique shops, and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo near Kings Beach. The unit was very clean, well furnished, and easy to find with convenient parking. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the lake with gorgeous views. Being in a gated community added an extra sense of security, which we appreciated. Overall, a great spot for a Tahoe getaway, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Northstar resort is about 15 minutes away and the condo is right on the street that leads to the resort. It was incredibly easy to get to there, park, and get to the slopes when they opened. The condo has everything: nice use of space, nicely furnished, and a spacious bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has everything I need to cook while away from home -- decent knives and good pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils. Everything was well planned and thought through. The bed in the main bedroom was great, and the kids slept on the sofabed -- its a full-size and decent. During the day, you can fold it away and use the living room. There are also a few games and books available. There is counter seating as well as a kitchen table and chairs. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and it is also conveniently located across the street from Safeway, so grovery shopping was super easy.

First time Tahoe visit.

The condo was excellent with easy access and a 1 minute walk down to lake side for views and sunset. Everything we needed was available. We spent 4 nights with daytime site seeing including a boat ride on the lake. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

Just lovely

Host was very responsive and easy to coordinate this stay. There is a communal barbecue grill outside down the stairs if you are also wondering like I was. We loved our stay with the little one. It was marvelous, just lovely. Thank you we'll be back :)

Beautiful romantic spot by the water

My boyfriend and I came to Kings Beach for the first time and loved every second of it, much thanks to this beautiful property! Cozy, cute, clean living space and residence had private parking and beach… what a dream! Will definitely be back in the future!

Sweet stay at Sweetbriar

This property was perfect! Everything was as described in the listing. The fireplace in the chilly mornings was a treat. I was so happy with how clean the place was and how close it was to restaurants, and of course the path to the lake. Perfect place to call home for a vacation and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic condo with an epic location next to the lake. There is access to a small beach & grass area to enjoy the lake. The condo is beautifully decorated! Kings Beach is a great area with many restaurants, a grocery store & entertainment that are within walking distance. I look forward to rebooking next summer!
