Cosy terraced house "Mimosa", 2 storeys. In the district of Playa Almadrava, 8.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 230 - 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 1.5 km, shingle beach 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, tennis 8 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Mimosa I", 3-room terraced house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, digital TV and electric heater. Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Casa vacaciones familiar

Es una casa pequeña pero cómoda, tiene todo lo q necesitas y es muy cómoda. La piscina es comunitaria pero no tiene mucho aforo. La playa q tiene es de piedras y de algas con lo que para niños complicado.. no tiene cerca mucha vida para comprar o dar paseos. Está a unos 15 km de Dénia.

La casa está muy bien aunque es bastante pequeña es acogedora y muy práctica, la playa es de rocas y algas con lo que no es muy accesible si vas con niños. La piscina comunitaria es cómoda y los vecinos agradables. Se puede aparcar bien

Hello Laura, Thank you for your feedback. The property is a 70 m² terraced house on two levels with three rooms, so it is compact but well laid out for convenience and comfort. The beach in this part of the coast is indeed more rocky, but we provide a map that can be opened in Google Maps and Street View to get a better sense of the area and nearby options. Vacaciones de amigas

Nos ha encantado la casa es perfecta para descansar y camas muy buenas, lo malo ir a recoger unas llaves a montepego que me parece una incomodidad ya que la oficina allí en medio del monte y la devolución de las llaves igual, son incomodísimo la verdad es la pega que pongo al viaje y más si hay gente que fuera sin coche eso sí que sería una enorme p… pero bueno es por lo único que no vamos a repetir para volver a la casa… o con vosotros

Gut ausgestattet in schöner Anlage

Gut augestattetes Häuschen mit moderner Küche und schönem Bad (mit wunderbarem Meerblick aus der Dusche). Betten nicht sehr komfortabel und ins Alter gekommen. Leider weder Ventilatoren noch Klima in den Schlafzimmern und kein Liegestuhl vorhanden. Gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool!

Tranquilo y bonito

Urbanización tranquila, bonita y fenomenal. La casa podría estar un poco más limpia y la fregona en condiciones para poder fregar el suelo debidamente. Sin ningún producto de limpieza en la casa. Los sofás y colchones de sillas están muy sucios. A pesar de todo lo referido a la limpieza, la casa está muy bien y confortable, con baño y cocina reformados y en condiciones. Han sido unas agradables vacaciones.
