Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, surf school 24 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Plymouth 34 km, Newquay 63 km. Please note: suitable for seniors.
3-room cottage 82 m2. Spacious and bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV, flat screen and electric heating. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave). Exit to the patio. Bath/shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only EN.
