Our beautiful coastal retreat is located on the south side of 30A in Rosemary Beach. Built for family entertainment with a large private courtyard, salt water pool, and large hot tub. It's a resort in a resort. The open floor plan offers high ceilings, an open dining room and a master suite located on the first level. The second level offers a second master suite with a queen bed and full. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with custom built-in double bunk beds, the other with a king bed. There is also a second media room on this level and a full laundry room. Lastly, there is a large balcony with swinging daybeds for afternoon naps, and a second patio overlooking the backyard oasis. Our home is just steps from walkover I, making it easy to get to the beach and the town square. The driveway comfortably fits three vehicles along, with public street parking available as well.

We also include five bikes with your rental for you to travel around 30A seamlessly.

Please Note:
-The carriage house is NOT included in the rental. The Carriage house will not be rented to another party during your stay. The pool, spa and outdoor kitchen are private!
-The Big Green Egg is not for rental use, but we have a fully functional gas grill available for renters.

The hosts were amazing and very accommodating! Response time was quick and they addressed a few small issues with ease. Would absolutely recommend this property for a stay in Rosemary Beach! Loved the location-close to downtown and to the beach, best of both worlds! Loved that the house had beach/pool towels, beach chairs, and cooking supplies; great for our family, especially since we flew in!Great for medium to large families and families with children. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property and awesome location. The only two things that need to be addressed is consistency with wifi (mainly tv connection) and air conditioning. Main area was perfect, but the rooms were not reflective of the temperature we had set. Other than those two items, house is awesome, pool and hot tub was amazing, and the location was perfection!!

In the five years we have offered our home as a rental we have never had a complaint about wifi connectivity or room temperatures. The entire community of Rosemary Beach is required to use the same wifi system, so if there were speed or connectivity issues every other house must have been having the same problem. Since getting this feedback we have had a technician visit the house to confirm there are no issues. Additionally, we have two separate ac units in the house, each room has ceiling fans and we’ve never had reported temperature issues. We are disappointed that the first we are hearing of this is through public forum and that the room temps did not meet your standards. Despite the noted concerns we are glad you enjoyed your stay! -Nathan & Sammy

We have been traveling to the 30-A area for 26 years, always renting a home in one of the communities. Shangri-La was one of the best places we've stayed, with a great location, amenities, and communication with the hosts. We traveled with our adult children, their wives, and a 4-month-old, for a total of 6. Rosemary Beach will be our new "go-to" for our beach trips. What I appreciated most about this property was the pool and hot tub, proximity to the larger main Rosemary pool, and a beach walkover very close to the home. With only one street from the main square, it was an easy walk to restaurants and a local grocery, so we didn't buy items we'd end up throwing away later; we bought what we needed, when we needed it. It was nice to have a large parking area for the home (3 cars), so we didn't need to find street parking, which can be a challenge. We communicated often with questions for the hosts, and they responded quickly and were very helpful. We will definitely return to this home, which we learned that one of our hosts actually grew up in, so they were familiar with every aspect of the home. That made it even more special.

Easter family vacation

This home is a beauty and perfect for our family Easter trip to Rosemary Beach. It is well appointed and spacious. Plenty of room and privacy for our adult kids and grands! The private pool and hot tub are refreshing after a day at the beach! We enjoyed everything about this home and the hosts were super responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect vacation!

The house is beautiful and in a great location. We slept 10 people (2 families) very comfortably. Perfect number of bathrooms. The teens loved riding the bikes everywhere. Easy walk to the town square and to the beach. We highly recommend this house!

Rosemary Beach Getaway 10/10!

Great home for our big summer vacation! Two families with 13 children! It was perfect. Very nice home with a three minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Loved the house

We loved the house, but it needs some care. The outdoor kitchen needs new cabinets as they were rotted. The grill also needs new grates. The house itself was wonderful and had a great feel to it.

The best we have ever had at Rosemary

This property was absolutely perfect in every aspect from practicality and convenience to beauty and pleasure. Sammy and Nate are truly amazing hosts and did whatever they could to make this trip special. The house itself is perfect. Close to the Main town and very close to beach. Which made it perfect for setup for the family in the morning to grab a great spot. Our group does this every year and we collectively decided this particular house is our go to going forward. The beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect after a day in ocean. Lastly, although I already mentioned them, Sammy and Nate came through on a couple things that were needed. I hope everyone can have and make their lasting memories on Water Street.

Beautiful home with wonderful amenities and proximity

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully decorated with plenty of room for everyone. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. We loved that the beach was a short walk as were the shops and restaurants. We rented a car and didn't even need it all week. We rode the bicycles to explore neighboring beach towns. We enjoyed all of our meals at the local restaurants. The beach was clean and beautiful. It was a little crowded in the small area reserved for vacationers not wanting to use the umbrellas and beach chair service, but it didn't impact our fun. The deck overlooking the street with its large swings was one of our favorite spots to hang out in the mornings and evenings - and catch a snooze or read a book. Owners were very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would stay again :)

The house, location, and communication from the renters was incredible. The location itself is unmatched if you want to spend time in the rosemary beach shopping/dining area and minutes to the beach. Personally, I don’t feel like the pictures do the house justice, it’s just perfect!

Gorgeous house with many thought out little details to make the trip memorable. The beds were extremely comfortable and even though the location was right in town, there was no noise from outside. My kids went from the pool to the beach everyday! We all loved it! The outside space with the pool, hot tub and grill was wonderful. The host was easily reachable and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!
