Beautiful terraced house "Maury", 3 storeys. In the resort 50 m from the centre of Grimaud, in a central position, 5 km from the sea. Shop 250 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bakery 150 m, café 200 m, pedestrian zone 20 m, bus stop "Font Mourier" 4.4 km, sandy beach "Port Grimaud" 6 km, public bathing area 5 km. Nearby attractions: Port Grimaud 5 km, Parc d'attractions Azur Park 5 km, Saint Tropez 8 km, Plages de Pampelonne 16 km, Cannes 84 km, Nice 110 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Croix 92 km. Hiking paths: Massif de l'Esterel 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cogolin, 5 km. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.

Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and electric heater. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with rooflight with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra).
